Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/4/17: Not all shutters down. Pat seems to think you may be coming back for tarpon season.5/4/17: closed all sink and toilet valves
5/2/17: Called John we determined to set thermostat back to 79 degrees.
5/2/17: Lawn is long enough to be cut.
5/2/17: Pulled a pest control sign from the front yard dated 4/25/17
5/2/17: Found the key for padlocks on overhead garage door. Swarm of bees surrounding the plant that is 2 plants to the left of the AC outside condensing unit. This plant appears to be in bloom.
5/1/17: Some type of live larvi in master bath toilet sending photo. Flushed each toilet 4 times and put a bleach tablet in each. This will make water bleached and larvi cannot survive.
5/1/17: Exterior front light and front left bedroom lights were on, tried to call about these. I assume you want these on to provide an appearance of someone home.
5/1/17: Main water valve to home was on upon arrival.
5/1/17: Mailbox is up. Still working on sprinkler system or so it appears.
5/1/17: Watered front plants. Weeds growing cracks of drive.
5/1/17: Small dry spot in lawn back right corner of yard.
5/1/17: Dry spots in yard are worse. Brought several pieces of mail. Weeds growing through pavers
5/1/17: I unlocked small garage door for maids to enter and made sure the door between the house and garage was unlocked. Trees out front look healthy and green. The one closest to the drive even has a new palm frond coming out of it.
5/1/17: Checked to enspure dehumidifier was working, drain tube had water in it. No ants in yard
4/29/17: Put hurricane shutters down, the cushions had already been brought in. Mr. Paton dropped by to give me your keys, they are on the kitchen counter. Based on current humiduty readings in the condo I moved bith thermostat settings up 2 degrees. Drove back after talking with client to set noth humiditstats to 55% per client's instruction.
4/27/17: Set Thermostat to 78 based on temperature and humidity
4/27/17: Upstairs humidity 65%, temperature 81.3 degrees. Turned thermostat down to 78 degrees based on humidity readings.
4/27/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
4/27/17: None
4/26/17: Floor looks very nice!
4/26/17: Suaved both toilets, brush broke on half for guest bath.
4/26/17: Pool heater turned back to 70 degrees, reading 75 degrees.
4/26/17: Applied 1/4 weed control
4/26/17: Turned on pest alarm in kitchen, turned up pest alarm in garage.
