Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,957 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/21/17: Turned water to home off at the street because main water valve in the garage continues to leak even when completely closed. Appears no trimming has been done the last few mows of the yard, see photos below.8/21/17: Tripped circuit breakers: #17 Foyer and #27 master bath. Weeds growing in cracks of pool pavers.
8/21/17: One large plant blown over on Lanai, I put it upright. Pulled a Stayton pest control sign date 8/9 from yard. Weeds growing in cracks of driveway and landscaping should be sprayed. UPS delivery note on front door, see photo below.
8/21/17: Ants from last report no longer seen.
8/21/17: Lawn company is dumping some grass clippings in the corner area just in front of your main water shut off, see photos below.
8/21/17: Master bedroom AC thermostat has no display and I couldn't get it to run while I was there. It was working last inspection. Left water on. Turned on water heater. Turned main AC thermostat to 76 degrees.

8/21/17: Weeds in the landscaping are dead, we photos below. No water in bucket under living room ceiling vent. Mark from Ransom Brothers suggested having your lawn company should weed wack the beds.

8/21/17: Exterior front lights are on. Kitchen lighted were on, I shut off.
8/18/17: Visually checked car
8/18/17: Visually checked car, back passenger tire is half flat.
8/18/17: AC is working, blowing cold air.
8/18/17: Set thermostat to 78 based on past reports and current humidity level.
8/18/17: All sink and shower/tub drains taped closed with the exception of kitchen and master bathroom sinks, ran water in these. Toilets had toilet bowl cleaner as fluid and were covered with saran wrap.
8/18/17: Locked water main valve.
8/18/17: FedEx missed drop off slip in door, see photo below. Watered 3 plants on the lanai.
8/18/17: Set thermostat back one degree to 79 as humidity level is very acceptable.
8/17/17: No green light on generator. Bunkhouse and garage thermostats were set to 82 I moved back to 83. The light over the master bath toilet was on I turned off. North side exterior water valve was off.
8/17/17: Visual check of boat and SUV.
8/17/17: Checked cars visually. Filled golf cart batteries with distilled water and put cart on charge. Killed several live ghost ants on kitchen counter
8/17/17: I examined all drywall that could have been affected by the upper unit's water leak. I found no evidence of any water damage/wicking. There are holes drilled in the drywall to help with drying. Thee holes are at a level that when the trim is put up they will be hidden. This is exactly what's was done at my home when we experienced our water leak. The carpet in the guest room and the guest bath vanity will need replaced.
