Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 33,209 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/27/16: Pal fronds from last week that I sent photos of are still in the same place. Screen separated from side rail just inside the side door of lanai (garage side of home).
12/27/16: Upstairs thermostat set to 80 and reads 80 degrees. Meter reads 60.9% humidity and 80.4 degrees.
12/27/16: AC was running during the inspection because of the higher humidity.
12/27/16: Started car. Reset water filter on fridge.
12/27/16: The 2 spots on the ceiling of the master bedroom and the Lanai are the same as when I came last. Mole activity on right side of home.
11/30/16: Grass looks as if it hasn't been mown in few weeks.
12/27/16: I had to free the blades on the garbage disposal.
12/23/16: Hughes sign pulled from yard, dog excrement just behind, wilting plant, tree bent could it have been by lawn mower? Sending photos. Water interior plants. Watered plants on lanai and side of lanai. Brought in several boxes from front stoop and also brought in mail. Pool heater not working.
12/20/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 79 degrees. Meter reads 79.4 degrees and 67.4% humidity. Applied 1/2 gallon of weed control. Turned both thermostats back to 80. I believe the humidistats are not working properly. Will send email explaining.
12/19/16: Humidity high. Thermostat is so far off my meter I'm thinking it needs replaced. Turned the thermostat down to 72 to kick in AC was pushing cold air. Left water on, turned on water heater as well.
12/19/16: Turned the thermostat back to 78 degrees. The higher humidity in the condo is probably because the AC is not running as frequently as it should during this time of year. I did turn the thermostat back for the AC to kick on and checked to make sure that it was pushing cold air it was.
12/19/16: Water on upon arrival, handle for water main just about rusted through. Could break at any time. House and drive very clean.
12/19/16: Weeds in stones are getting bad, some weeds in mulch but not overtaking like stones. Opened overhead garage door to vent boat fumes in garage.
12/19/16: Found 4-5 palm fronds from front pinapple palm tree which had been cut but not removed, sending photo. Turned AC on to ensure it was cooling, it was.
12/19/16: Active Armadillo hole on left side of garage just past water main. Several crescent shape worms on interior of home, picked up disposed of.
12/14/16: Exterior painting completed. Watered 4 plants on lanai, watered 4 plants just outside the lanai door by water hose. Watered 2 interior plants. Brought in mail and phone book found at front door.
12/14/16: Eves damaged front left side of garage, sending photo.
12/14/16: Water was on upon arrival, hose in pool water not runnibg. Pool very cloudy, edges need cleaned, pool lwvel adequate. Sending photos.
12/14/16: Yard drains working very well.
12/14/16: Pool cage screen being replaced, sending photos.
12/13/16: Drove car to Moose parking lot and back. Humidity level high so I turned down the AC thermostat to feel if the air was cool and it was, seems to be working.
12/13/16: MB thermostat set to 85 degrees reading 78 degrees. Meter reads 79.9 degrees and 60.6% humidity. Removed Truley Nolan sign from yard. Brought 2 large palm fronds and 1 coconut to the front for pick up.
12/13/16: Brought several palm fronds to front for pick up. Weeds surprisingly under control!
12/13/16: Sending mail. Called Hesslers again they are suppose to call with date for trim tomorrow.
12/13/16: Water was on upon arrival. Ran water entire inspection in both baths.
