Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,209 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/17/17: Ran car during inspection.1/17/17: Applied 3/4 gallon weed control. Pulled Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 1/13/17. Brought 2 palm fronds and 3 coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermost reads 74 set to 74. Handheld meter reads 77.05 and humidity of 56.95%
1/16/17: Brought in local telephone book from front door. Started car. Lawn company was mowing during inspection.
1/10/17: Checked all tvs, water was hot, drove car to Moose's parking lot. Left water on.
1/10/17: New mulch down every where stones are not accept one spot in the back, sending photos. Water off with flag rapped around valve.
1/10/17: Batteries in thermostat showing weak replaced with batteries found in kitchen drawer.
1/10/17: Brought 7 coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermostat set to 74 degrees reading 67 degrees. My handheld meter reads 71.14 degrees and 45.26% humidity.
1/9/17: Brought 2 palm fronds to the front for pick up.
1/9/17: Brough in mail. Pulled a Hughes Pest Control sign from lawn. Did not water outside plants as it has rained 2 out 0f the past 4 days. Key does not work front door.
1/9/17: Brought in a large envelope from mail box no postage. Sending photom
1/9/17: Brought in several pieces of mail.
1/3/17: Downspout extender broken. Water valve replaced sending photos.
1/3/17: Humidity is very high. I turned the thermostat down to 74 so the AC would run more frequently to pull out and maintain a lower humidity level.
1/3/17: Microwave surface light was on, I turned off. Ceiling fan in kitchen was on I turned off. Lamps are on in TV room and front sitting, I left them on. Pool level good.
1/3/17: Brought 3 palm fronds and 9 coconuts to the front for pick up. MB thermostat set to 77 degrees reading 77 degrees. Meter reads 78.2 degrees and 61.4% humidity. Turned both thermostats back to 76 and humidistats back to 45%, trying to bring down humidity.
1/2/17: Tree trimming scraps gathered at the back of the home and left on the grass. If not picked up could kill lawn. Brought in one letter from insurance company marked important. One palm frond not cut completely thru left tp hang down. Ihave serious doubts about the quality of the landscape company based on the many times I have found tree trimmings and lawn scraps left on property weeks at a time.
12/29/16: Brought a large tree branch from the back yard to the front for general pick up.
12/28/16: Humidity in home is high, suggest you install humidistat to help control humidity.
12/28/16: Turned all breakers on, set appliance clocks.
12/28/16: Pool very high. Humidity in home high, turned humidistat off and set thermostat to 75 deg per client.
12/28/16: Dry spots in front yard sending photos. Pulled Truly Nolen sign dated 12/21/16 from front yard. Brought 1 palm frond and 2 coconuts to the road for pick up. MB thermostat set to 80 degrees reading 78 degrees. Meter reads 78.6 degrees and 61.9% humidity. Moved thermostat down to 77 degrees trying to bring down humidity. Moved main thermostat to 79 degrees.
12/28/16: Turned water main on and to be left on per client. All breakers are on as well. Met pest control company (12:30pm scheduled arrival, 1:10pm actual time of arrival)
12/28/16: Weeds in mulch areas getting very bad, sending photos. Cover for pool timer open upon arrival, I closed and latched it.
12/28/16: Applied 1/4 gallon weed control. I turned the AC down to 77, so the AC will run more frequently during this time of year humidity runs high if AC isn't running regularly. You may want to consider adding a humidistat.
12/27/16: Driveway and walkway pavers have weeds growing through cracks. Reset water fridge filter
