Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,957 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/27/17: Meet Empire Electric needing access to one wire inside garage to complete boat lift wiring. They arrived at 7:40am were done by 8:15am9/26/17: Front swell full of water. Can of orange juice concentrate leaked in fridge.
9/26/17: Water main was on upon arrival. Weeds growing along front steps, see photo below.
9/26/17: Water between garage and house unlocked upon arrival, locked upon departure.
9/26/17: Sunken area in front of seawall, see photos below.
9/26/17: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up.
9/26/17: Set up dehumidifier put boxes in garage, manual on counter.
9/26/17: I am running the water the entire time I am in PG as requested. Put hurricane shutters up and cushions on the lanai. Turned all breakers on, set all appliance clocks and plugged in washer and dryer. Set thermostat to 76.

9/25/17: All shutters are off windows
9/25/17: Several small trees/bushes down and part of the back fence down, see photos below.
9/25/17: Car steering wheel is developing mildew, doors locked cannot wipe off.
9/25/17: Cool, comfortable no visible signs of damage or mold.
9/25/17: Sprayed mold deterrent on mold under front sills. Every one of the new Damp-Rid bags have little to no fluid in them, indicating air moisture content very low. No live ant activity in master bedroom.
9/25/17: Water marks on ceiling in hall leading to garage have not changed (not larger or darker)
9/25/17: Lawn & landscaping has lots of branches, leaves etc see photos below
9/25/17: Missing at least 3 downspout extensions if I recall correctly.
9/25/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. You do have a plant leaning and a tree down on the side.
9/12/17: Master bathroom ceiling and front guest bedroom wall show signs of slight water penetration.
9/25/17: Pre-Irma preparations put in rug, statue, shells and pot. Frank and Terry had put other items in.
9/25/17: Brought in all items from front porch, closed front door shutter.
9/12/17: Good news!! No major visual damage could be found at your condo today!
5/13/14: Your home has no major apparent visual damage from Irma. Your electric is on and your AC cycled while I was there. Ice in the ice tray is still well formed so I suspect the electric was on during or back on shortly after the storm.
9/13/17: Post Irma storm damage report - found water spots on front guest bathroom ceiling, soffit missing and downspout off at back of home.
9/12/17: Post Irma storm report - No apparent visual damage to your condo, you have power and your AC ran while I was there.
