Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,969 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness.9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. We spoke via phone about all issues, but here are the photos.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your condo, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.
9/7/17: Moved bench, table, pots inside from front porch. Front shutter would not go down, old keypad code was 1956. 2 openers in storage by car key to use for shutter all 3 dead batteries. Tried manual crank, would not go down.
10/3/17: Set humidistat to 50 from zero and the thermostat to 75 from 80 in order to get the system to run more frequently. Found what appears to be some sort of leak behind and to the fight of the guest bath's toilet, see photo.
10/3/17: Raining could not treat lanai but needs it.
10/3/17: Water slot on ceiling in master bedroom
10/3/17: Debris in front yard has not yet been picked up. Tree that was leaning on home us gone.
10/3/17: Checked fridge for turned food and smells. Checked each exterior water valve could not find any reason the last water bill should have been so large.
10/3/17: Put hose out for pool company.
10/3/17: Took another photo of seawall issue.
10/3/17: Galloway person never called to nail down time, I called at 11 to find he just came and walked the roof not knowing where the leak was.
10/3/17: Moved the thermostat to 78 to help with humidity.
10/2/17: Some type of berry dumped in stones at the front right corner see photo. Weeds growing in stones, example photo below.
10/2/17: Many loose gutter nails. May have found where shingles may have come from, see photos below. Had to manually close garage door took key with me.
10/2/17: Fahey Pest Control was doing service call while I was there.
10/2/17: Humidity a bit high. The ceiling vent in the bedroom closet just inside garage entry door has a bit of dirt/mold, see photo below.
10/2/17: A few spider webs in corners. Ceiling has water sport developing near ceiling vent in living room.
10/2/17: Brought out trash cans, 2 plants, yellow container from pool area and hooked up the charger to the car outside.
10/2/17: Water was on in kitchen sink, as well there was a set of outdoor scissors in the sink. Plants are outside.
10/2/17: Brown slot starting in front lawn, see photo below. Pulled Lawn Care Extrodinaire sign dated 9/16 from lawn. Water mark spot in guest bathroom does not appear to be any worse. Pulled 4 palm fronds from the yard put up front for pick up.
10/2/17: Screen repairs look good. Front plant still leaning see photo
10/2/17: Water on upon arrival, off upon departure. Hone appears to have been cleaned some but mat not be completed? Items on porch, see photo below. Turned thermostat to 78 to reduce humidity.
9/1617: Re-inspected condo, windows and the damage on the lanai.
9/12/17: There was some visually apparent damage found during my comprehensive inspection of your condo today. The large lanai panels blew out also damaging the rails, see photos below.
