Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,515 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/19/17: Replaced all Damp-Rid containers and are scene tubs.7/19/17: Weeds under control with the exception of the front left palm tree, see photo below.
7/19/17: Weeds in landscaping generally indicates home is unoccupied see photos below
7/19/17: Weeds growing in cracks of concrete and stones. Pool cage needs power washed
7/19/17: Garage ceiling has spot that appears a roof leak occurred, I have no notes or pictures from previous reports. This may be new, see photo below.
7/18/17: Bushes need to be cut back as well as weeding needs done. Mowing crew not blowing off back stoop area to lanai. See photos below. Smoke detector in hall between bedroom and shared bathroom needs a battery.
7/18/17: Smoke detector battery just outside outside of utility room needs replaced. Is that a condo maintenance issue or yours? I will replace if asked to do so.
7/18/17: Fridge exterior water dispenser leaking slightly. AC filter collapsed, replaced. Thermostat batteries needed replaced, could not find in draws, used new batteries I carry just for this type of issue.
7/18/17: AC filter needs to be replaced 20x20x1
7/18/17: AC filter collapsed, see photo below. I replaced.
7/17/17: Car not hooked to charger. Dehumidifier reads 70 outside hose not wet.
7/17/17: Mold growing on lanai pavers. Front entry exterior tile have lift. Photos below.
7/17/17: Took several photos of bushes for client
7/17/17: Lawn was cut in front very recently but not in back. Drive was not blown off grass clippings all over it.
7/17/17: Took photos of bushes surrounding the home for the client.
7/17/17: Pavers have weeds growing in them
7/14/17: Took several photos sending via email. Weeds growing in pavers.
7/14/17: Trees have dead palm fronds that need cleaned. Dry spot in front yard is gone. Weeds in landscaping have been sprayed and are dead. Bushes along each side of the home need trimmed. Pulled a Lawncare Extrodinaire sign dated 7/11/17 from front yard. See photos below.
7/13/17: Visually checked car as requested
7/13/17: Humidity levels are very high for a new HVAC system and the thermostat set to 77 degrees.
7/13/17: One blind on Lanai has fallen off wall, see photo below.
7/13/17: $100 cash on kitchen counter,
7/13/17: Started car, idled during inspection, checked storage room.
7/13/17: Storage room humidity 50%
7/13/17: Drove car two laps around complex. Storage room dehumidifier read 55
