4/30/18: Mike reference the last inspection photos for the screen panel on the top of the case that needs repaired if you have not already seen it. The pipe connection in the picture below is leaking at a pretty good pace.
4/30/18: Turned the thermostat down to 78° from 80°. Turned the dehumidistat down to 50% from 55% to help bring down the humidity inside the home. It’s not unusual to have higher humidity in homes during this period of the year because the AC system doesn’t run as frequently as it will in the summer.
4/30/18: Sliding glass door was not locked.
4/30/18: Removed pest control sign from front yard. Lawn is a little longer than usual but not excessive.
4/30/18: Boat in garage. Pool level at bottom of skimmer port, see photo below.
4/30/18: Lawn is very brown. Pulled Hughes Pest Control from yard, not dated.
4/28/18: Walk thru of interior, walk around exterior and watered lanai plants as well as outside potted plants.
4/26/18: Moved thermostat to 79 degrees based on low humidity reading

4/26/18: Turned humidistat to 0%
4/26/18: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
4/25/18: Watered plants on the lanai and potted plants just outside on the corner.
4/24/18: Turned off water heater and range at their breakers.
4/24/18: Turned off water heater and range at their breakers.
4/24/18: I move the thermostat down to 76° based on the humidity reading the air-conditioner more than likely is not running frequently enough with the lower temperatures to the drawing the humidity out of your home so lower temperature should help
4/24/18: Temp in fridge 36°, temp in freezer 8°.
4/24/18: Brought in several pieces of mail one was a large white envelope from Medicare for Michael. Water was onnupon arrival.
4/24/18: Brought in a couple of pieces of mail and telephone book that was on the stoop. The gone coastal Decorative item in the one bedroom fell and damaged the woodwork see photo. Both sheds outback were not locked I locked each deadbolt. There appears to be a dead branch in the back tree which during a storm could come down and hit your home you may want to consider having it cut down, see photo below.
4/24/18: Upon my walk around your home I found the garage side door open see photo below. I walked into the garage close the door and then with very little effort was able to just push the door open even though it was locked. I don’t have a key that fits the deadbolt. That would be the best way to make sure that that door stays locked as it is someone to pull on it from outside and open it without much trouble. If we don’t have a key maybe we should get a locksmith in to rekeying.I brought in the recycling bin in the garbage bin and put them in the garage.
