Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,302 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/3/17: Weeds & grass growing in landscaping7/3/17: Ant infestation in master bathroom only. Dead ants in tub and shower, swept them up. Found several live ants in shower, swept them up as well. New water main valves installed, see photo.
7/3/17: Weeds growing in landscaping out back see photos
7/3/17: Ran disposal for at least 30 seconds, had to free up first, it is leaking. Kitchen trap is leaking slightly.
7/3/17: Alarm off per text from Tom.
7/3/17: Visual on van in garage appears to free of mold and mildew (some windows open). Sending photo of pond to your email accounts. Removed Lawn Care Extraordinaire sign from yard dated 7/1
7/3/17: Weeds in landscaping see photos
6/29/17: Visually checked car as requested
6/29/17: Replaced all Damp-Rid bags.
6/29/17: Upstairs hygrometer readings now found in HVAC 2 above
6/29/17: Ford key fob and $100 cash on kitchen counter, no Ford in garage?? Left it there. Couldn't find keys to start car, please provide location so I may start it.
6/29/17: Cars are visual only because batteries are disconnected.
6/29/17: Ran car during inspection.
6/29/17: Small area rug delivered to fro t door, I brought inside.
6/29/17: Set humidistat to 55% from 62% to combat high humidity. Storage room 52% humidity
6/29/17: Started both cars, they ran during the entire inspection.
6/29/17: Hurricane shutter is working all the way up.
6/28/17: Closed all blinds. Found live ants at front door, dead ants on floor in breakfast nook, see photos below. You should have pest control company out.
6/28/17: : Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive.
6/28/17: Drove both vehicles. Lawn needs cut. Ran shutters up and down.
6/28/17: Home under construction masterbbath sinks, tub, shower covered with plastic or under construction. Water was on when I arrived and on when I lef. Car was covered in the garage. Ran storm shutters up then down.
6/28/17: 2nd thermostat set 78 meter 54% 83.8 degrees
6/27/17: Red Mustang in driveway, again. Your front security sign was turned toward the tree, I turned it back toward the road.
6/27/17: Pulled a Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 6/21/17.
6/27/17: Red Subaru wagon with Ohio plates in the drive.
