Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,302 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/6/17: Checked cars visually.7/6/17: Refilled small open plastic containers of Damp-Rid.
7/6/17: Based on humidity reading I moved both humiditats to 60 from 65%. Humidity near or above 70% is not good.
7/6/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
7/6/17: Moved the thermostat to 78 from 76
7/6/17: Lawn needs to be cut especially out back, see photos
7/5/17: Hughes Exterminator pulled from yard and service sheet in door jamb.
7/5/17: Screen door open and knob unlocked, deadbolt was still locked. Nothing appears to be missing inside.
7/5/17: Grass and weeds growing in cracks of concrete and landscaping. Photos below. Trimming not done after mowing lawn. Turned humidistat down to 50% to he'll lower humidity level.
7/5/17: Weeds growing in landscaping, see photos below. Bushes need trimmed, see photos below. Photos of dock and seawall below. Plants and bushes need trimmed as well.
7/5/17: Main water valve was on upon arrival, off upon departure. Shed hand held meter readings 75% humidity, 88.8 degrees. Several interior walls prepped for painting.
7/5/17: Weeds and grass growing in landscaping.
7/5/17: Found the right side of back slider not locked. Brown spot in back all but gone.
7/5/17: A few dead bugs on floor under front living room window. Gutter in back still hanging down. If you would like it repaired I would call my handyman, John Davis @ 941-286-3638, he is good and very reasonable.
7/4/17: Set thermostat to hold on 79 degrees and not to follow scheduled settings.
7/4/17: Brought one palm frond to front for general pick up.
7/4/17: Ran water the entire inspection
7/4/17: Found water main on when I arrived. Found AC in garage set at turned back to 80.
7/4/17: Checked sprinklers. Checked AC filter, it is as clean as new one. Invoice from Hughes Exterminators in door sending via US mail.
7/4/17: Drywall tape in ceiling in living room is separating, see photo below.
7/4/17: Security Alarm sign fell over, placed upright. Weeds have not been sprayed. See photos of hurricane shutters below.
7/3/17: Pavers have weeds growing in them see photos below.
7/3/17: Water main was on upon my arrival, off upon departure. Dehumidifier in the garage was running read 70 on control panel, outside hose not not wet. Master bat tub fixture is coming loose.
7/3/17: Guest bathroom exterior door was not locked, I locked it (dead bolt and knob)
7/3/17: Dry spots in front yard, package on front stoop put in garage.
