Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,533 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/21/17: Garage door opener does not work. Visual check of the car found light mildew on tops of seats and headrests wiped off. Damp-Rid container only half used.9/21/17: Laundry on floor in utility area, a spot on living room ceiling was there before.
7/27/16: Meet Galloway Roofing at 8:30am to gain access to interior for leak determination. They arrived at 8:45am left at 9:00am back at office by 9:20am
9/19/17: Set thermostat to 80 from 82, with lower temps outside the AC is not running as frequently to draw humidity out of the air. No screens damaged on lanai, no pools of rain either.

9/19/17: Turned thermostat back to 78. Tree that was blown over is staked see photo
9/19/17: Spot in guest room back light and bigger, was not there last week, but we have had rain since. If you want someone to call to vheck out roor call Jim at Suncastle Roofing 941-623-3312. Weeds growing in pavers.
9/18/17: No key in grill on lanai, so I left the key I had made (tested in front door locks). Made sure lanai was unlocked.
9/18/17: Circuit breakers 9, 11, 14, 16, 18, 20 were tripped. Alarm was not active upon arrival. Brought in both garbage cans. Pool cage screen panel blown out see photos.
9/18/17: Pool cage slightly damaged see photos below.
9/18/17: Reset timers on living room lights. Alarm pad, Raintree panel and digital light panel were all correct time.
9/18/17: 6 screen panels out on lanai see photos. Repaired garage door opener panel.
9/18/17: Plants at back left of home should be staked. Dry spot in front yard starting. See photos below.
9/18/17: Pulled from yard A-1 Superior lawn maintenance sign dated 9/14
9/1/17: AC evaporation tube is full needs maintenance
9/1/17: Watered 3 plants on the lanai.
9/1/17: Found slight mildew on steering wheel and manual brake handle, wiped off. Damp-Rid containers are half used.
9/1/17: Locked water main valve.
9/1/17: Moved the humidistat to 55% to help with humidity, I like to see it be under 60%.
8/31/17: Green light on generator. North side exterior water valve was off.
8/31/17: Checked cars visually.
8/31/17: Visual check of boat and SUV.
8/31/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
8/31/17: Screen door on lanai was not latched, I latched it.
