Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,984 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/4/18: Drained water from system after water was turned off.1/3/18: Picture feel off interior wall on lanai, not broken sat on table.
1/2/18: Rack with colored trays sitting on front porch see photo below. No car in garage.
1/2/18: Stopped by and brought in gray with yellow top trash been put in garage.
1/2/18: The corner exterior light of the garage was on upon a rival it looks to be a motion and light-sensitive lighting fixture. I could not get it to go off so I turned it off at the switch next to the front door.
1/2/18: Screens on lanai showing some signs of aging mainly looking a bit stretched and loose.
1/2/18: One piece of mail from insurance company not sure if that’s important see photos below
12/30/17: Removed garage door braces, put in storage shed and ran garage door up then back down.
12/27/17: Pool has debris in water at bottomwhile I was here the renters showed up and began asking questions about the entire house, The sprinkler system zones, the water system, where he can park his motor home, will you buy a pool cover, set the heat pump on the pool . TV set top box in living room did not work called xfinity on for a long time. Did a complete walk thru with renters. Main slider blind mechanism is broken needs replaced. Suggest either you or the real estate person talk directly with the renters to find out all of their concerns so they can be remedied as quickly as possible. Sent photos via text from my phone for greater detail.
12/28/17: Condensation inside fridge, was cooling and door was closed, could be seal issue. See photos below. I wiped up best I could
12/28/17: Door handle was not locked just the deadbolt.
12/28/17: Found 2 packages at front door brought inside, see photos below
12/28/17: I'm not sure what can be done about the humidity other than lowering the AC more. I'm afraid setting it too low will cause the system to freeze then it will run continuously. Your unit is the only Placida Harbour unit that is running thus cold yet high humidity.
12/28/17: Ceiling fan light was on, I shut off.
12/28/17: Garbage disposal was frozen and very difficult to free, ran some lubricant down it. Cat keys not in unit, used spare set in drawer
12/27/17: Left water main on the for your arrival. Turn all breakers on. Set timers on water softener system and appliance clocks. Ran water for the entire inspection in all sinks showers. Prepare the garage door to be opened remotely locks off drillbit out. Brought in a telephone book that was in the yard and wet put it in the kitchen sink. Ran garbage disposal had two free before so. Took Styrofoam out of doors for refrigerator and closed so it will be cool when you arrive.

12/27/17: Trouble shoot GFI receptacles
12/27/17: Turned all water fixtures off, set thermostat to 75 as the humidity is very high now with the water having been ran for over an hour. Turned water main valve off.
12/27/17: Put lock box on center lanai screen door for pool company access.
12/27/17: Ran water entire inspection and while I finish my Punta Gordy route. Turned water heater and range on at breakers set appliance clocks. Put out lanai cushions.
12/26/17: Tree service trimkin plants and trees, photos below.
12/26/17: Mold growing in shower. Two screens on lanai need repaired. Weeds in drive need treated.
12/26/17: Weeds coming back in the landscaping, should be sprayed again. Main water valve dripping slightly.
