Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,547 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/1/17: GOOD NEWS! No visually apparent damage was found during my comprehensive inspection of your home/condo today! You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. You have two plants with damage (emailed photos).
9/12/17: I found no apparent damage to your home inside or outside. Power is on and your AC ran while I was there.

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Removed painting from lanai wall.
9/12/17: Found no damage, you have power and AC was running/cooling. Some land collapsed near seawall, just a bit. One tree uprooted.
