Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,304 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/10/17: Water filter notification is on display pad of fridge.8/10/17: Hurricanes shutter works today. Ground floor thermostat set to 76?? Reset to previous setting, 80.
8/9/17: Weeds and grass growing in stone areas and drive. Refilled all exterior compartment Damp-Rid containers.
8/9/17: Bushes along front of home need trimmed. Something dug under water tanks on garage side of home. Pink ribbon tape around most of plants that border Myakka Pointe Drive. Photos below. Ran shutters down/up.
8/8/17: Found bill from American Pest Control in mailbox, see photo below
8/8/17: Turned humidistat down to 45% from 50% to help with the higher humidity reading today.
8/8/17: Trim by front door came loose, see photo below.
8/8/17: Several rat/mouse droppings on lanai
8/8/17: May want to have Ransom Brothers spray every 2 weeks. Many weeds are dead but many new weeds popping up.
8/8/17: Crack in exterior trim of back master bedroom slider appears to be getting wider, see photo below.
8/8/17: Dead insects floating on top of pool.
8/8/17: It appears someone is working/staying in the home as blinds are open, baby strollers are not where they usually are located.
8/8/17: Weeds growing in all areas that have pavers.
8/8/17: Gate on right side of home was wide open.
8/7/17: Took photos of carpet stains and range. Several windows where screens were damaged. Took overall pictures of yard. Heavy smell of sewage in front yard standing near concrete sewer cap
8/7/17: Alarm pad took 4 tries to shut off alarm. Small plant on green cabinet not doing well. Could it be I am watering too much? I pour some water directly on the soil to moisten then fill the green frog to brim. No problem setting alarm upon departure.
8/7/17: Weeds growing in the cracks of the driveway. Dirt starting to accumulate in the outer left corner of the lanai and the screens are beginning to show green mold. These will need power washed before or by the end of summer.
8/7/17: No water in bucket under living room ceiling vent. Weeds growing in landscaping & cracks of driveway
8/7/17: Weeds in the cracks of the driveway and landscape stones.
8/7/17: Right side master bath sink trap is leakibg slightly, I left cabinet doors open.
8/7/17: Pool pump still leaking
8/7/17: Breaker #15 pool light is tripped, not sure if this was storm related or recent work related. In any event I chose not to reset it.
8/7/17: Weeds growing in cracks of driveway and landscaping should be sprayed.
8/7/17: Several live ants in kitchen making a trail from the outer door to the bathroom I swept them up but we should probably get a pest control company in.
8/4/17: Turned water heater and range off at breaker. Set thermostat to 78 degrees. Turned water off upon departure.
