Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,997 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

3/5/18: Workers working on facia see photos.3/5/18: Facia on left top front gable coming loose a bit see photo below.
3/5/18: Water on upon arrival.
3/5/18: I could not activate the alarm. House was very clean. Found several dead bugs in the pool along the water line around the entire pool congregated in one corner primarily see pictures below. Removed Hughes pest control sign from yard dated 2/26/18. I believe the one potted plant to the right side of the door when you’re looking out the door has a crack or leak in the container because the water runs out almost as fast as I put it in.
3/2/18: Ensured all doors are locked, turn water heater breaker off, set thermostat to 80 degrees, turn water main off.
3/1/18: Door handle was not locked just the deadbolt.
3/1/18: Moved thermostat to 77 degrees based on low humidity reading
3/1/18: Left car keys on kitchen counter. Didn't run water in the tub that has all the items stored in it.
2/28/18: I found the deadbolt not locked from the bathroom to the pool area. Many items still out in the yard and around the pool. Turn lights off out front. Brought in trash bins. Turned AC system thermostat up to 78 as past inspection noted.
2/28/18: Turned water off and set AC to 80 and humidistat to 55.
2/28/18: Turned water on and set AC to 76 for client’s arrival.
2/28/18: Measured fridge opening. Turned AC on per client.
2/28/18: Opened back sheds found no evidence of bats, no droppings, no smell and no sound. Soffits outside appear to be the same as last inspection. Left back patio door unlocked as request by client today by text.
2/26/18: No evidence of pests in attic entry area.
2/26/18: The master bathroom toilet light and vent were on, door closed.
2/26/18: Brought in telephone book from front porch.
2/22/18: I could not activate the alarm, Error message says I need to secure the system before I can arm I checked each window again each exterior door open and close them could not find the issue. In the master bedroom I found a drawer open the picture also the one dresser appears to have three drawers that are not fully in the picture.
2/22/18: Upstairs closet light was on I turned it off.
2/22/18: The upstairs AC system was running but the air did not seem as cold as it should be. It may need to be serviced and or checked.
2/22/18: Drove the car
2/22/18: Storage room unlocked upon arrival, locked upon departure.
2/19/18: Watered all exterior plants.
2/19/18: Brought in several pieces of mail, none appeared to be important.
2/19/18: Weeds are overgrown going most of the stone area and even concrete areas see photos below. Maybe the lawn care company can weed whack them and or spray them. Bathroom sink drains very slowly.
2/19/18: Set thermostat to 80 degrees, we are having some very hot days no need to keep it at 68 when not occupied. Brought in pool slips from lanai.
