Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,567 service calls we have performed 28,068 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/13/17: Called client to report verbally on the post Irma inspection. Some screen damage on the lanai, see photo below.9/12//17: After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside, however outside there is some slight damage to the pool cage, see photos below.
9/13/17: Called client to report verbally on the post Irma inspection. Removed 2 full garbage bags full of food. Left doors open to the fridge after unplugging.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Brought in all items from the front porch. Closed front hurricane shutter.
9/15/17: After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was 2 ceiling spots in the hall and guest room just between the garage entry door and kitchen. The front bush that was blown over in an earlier storm this year was blown over again. See photos below.
9/15/17: After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside, however outside the pool screen damage see photos below.
10/7/17: Was to meet insurance adjuster at 8am he arrived at 8:27am.
10/6/17: Three UPS notices on your front door see photo below.
10/6/17: Moved humidistat back 5% and thermostat back 2 degrees to help with humidity.
10/6/17: Moved each thermostat back 1 degree and humidistats back 5% to help with high humidity.
10/6/17: Mildew forming on wooden cornice above slider see photos below. Mildew is still present that was report on 8/24/17.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.
9/6/17: We removed everything from your yard with the exception of the iron gazebo out back and one potted plant that was too heavy to move. Removed garage screens and put in garage.
9/13/17: Your home does not have major visual damage that I can see, however you may be missing a shingle or two, see photos. In that bath there is minor spotting. You do not have electric so I opened the fridge foors and removed the few items of food. I also turned the circuit breaker for the fridge off. I measured the humidity and it was an acceptable 59%. The vent has missing or lifted shingle.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out. The photos below represent what I believe was possibly a past issue? Everything seems dry.
9/15/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your condo. You have electric but I could not get the AC to cycle while I was there. Temp was 82 set to 79 and said coolong but not running. My hand held meter read 52.9%, very acceptable.
9/12/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out. You have power and the AC ran while I was there. Tree limb hit AC condenser unit, knocked a hunk of the top grill out. Placed broken piece in unit. Also noticed one of the fan blades has a bend not sure if normal or not. Unit was cooling.
9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Front door hurricane bar installed.
9/14/17: GOOD NEWS! I found no major visually apparent damage to your home. You have electric and the AC cycled while I was there. Removed shutters.
9/15/17: GOOD NEWS!! After a complete post storm walk through inspection of your home, there was no apparent visual damage inside or out.

9/7/17: Walk thru check of unit to ensure storm readiness. Moved plants inside, lowered front door shutter.
10/5/17: Ceiling spots the same.
10/5/17: Water spots in master bedroom appear to be the same as last inspection.
