Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,773 service calls we have performed 29,638 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/15/18: AC had power and ran. Temp inside is 81° humidity was 51.5%. Fridge and freezer cold, no tripped circuit breaker’s and the pool pump was running and circulating.8/15/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports.
8/14/18: I believe the ceiling fan needs to come down in order for me or anyone for that matter to see if there’s power to it if there’s power to it and it is something in the ceiling fan if there’s no power to it then there’s a break somewhere between that and the circuit breaker because there are no tripped circuit breakers.
8/14/18: Turned the thermostat back fro 77 degrees to 79 degrees which is the last setting before your recent arriv/departure.
8/14/18: Arrow Lawn and Shrub spraying sign pulled from you front yard. The date was illegible.
8/14/18: I had to replace the garage key pad battery as the garage door wouldn’t open.
8/14/18: A box was in the mail box, photo below.
8/14/18: The guest bath tub fixture drips when water is on and no matter what position you use it will not stop dripping.
8/14/18: Sending mail. Replaced batteries in alarm key pad and smok detector above doorway to the master bedroom. Detector is still chirping.
8/14/18: The AC filter was sucked up at an angle and it then partially collapsed so I replaced the filter. I was also able to start the car this service call.
8/14/18: Watered the one plant on the lanai.
8/14/18: Ran hurricane shutters up and down
8/14/18: Repaired the front door interior handle that was coming off in my hand. Weeds are still growing in the cracks of the lanai pavers.
8/14/18: Trimming along seawall is need see photo below. Some smal brown spots in the lawn see photo.
8/13/18: The landscaping has lots of weeds growing in it. The trimming around the house appears it hasn’t been done in a while.

8/13/18: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube.
8/13/18: Weeds are dead on the lanai.
8/13/18: Went back inside because I forgot to pour vinegar downHVAC condensation tube. 2 plants have died SSE photos below. The other photo is a near perfect representation of a bird of paradise bloom on one of your plants up front.
8/13/18: Weeds are dead on lanai. Found dead snake on lanai, removed it.
8/13/18: Weeds growing out of cracks of lanai area, see photo below.
8/13/18: I watered the plants on the lanai. I found the light on in the hall leading to the garage. The door leading to the garage was not locked. I found this odd as I never use interior lighting as I use a very high powered LED spot lamp with me. As well I always check twice to ensure I lock the door from the home to the garage.
8/13/18: Many dead ants again in hallway leading to the garage, I swept them up. Toilets in two guest bathrooms have notes do not flush.
8/13/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side master bathroom sink stopper will not open. Bug droppings in tub and a few on the floor, see photos below. I cleaned them up.
8/13/18: Met Roger from a Hughes Pest Control to provide inside service. I’m moved the dehumidistat from 60% to 55% and then waited to ensure that we reduce the humidity inside. As I left I was reading 57.2%.
