Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,698 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/11/17: Pool light out of pool, spa was filled, see photo below12/11/17: Swept up more dead ants in both bathrooms, I saw no live ants.
12/11/17: Some minimal browning of the lawn back and front.
12/11/17: Weeds coming back in the landscaping, should be sprayed again. Main water valve dripping slightly.
12/11/17: Exterior water/ice port in fridge had standing water in it, something is leaking slowly.
12/11/17: Left side of living room slider open slightly and not latched or locked, see photo below. A few wood chips in den under window, see photo below.
12/11/17: Took several photos sending via email. Yard looks great!!
12/7/17: Lanai panels and rails have not yet been repaired.
12/7/17: Moved the thermostat to 79 to help with high humidity.
12/7/17: Set thermostat to 77 to help with high humidity.
12/7/17: Moved both thermostats to 76 to help with high humidity.
12/7/17: Package at front door, brought inside. Moved the thermostat to 78 to help with high humidity.
12/7/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
12/6/17: Lanai needs power washed and weeds are growing in cracks. Put key in key box.
12/6/17: Gate between home and shed was open, I closed.
12/6/17: Package at front door, brought inside. Pool was not covered, pool heater was on and set to 86. I covered the pool.
12/6/17: Gutter in front sagging, back gutter needs repair. No bees flying near exterior power box today.
12/5/17: Lawn company tractor cleared deck in yard but not cleaned up, killing grass in several areas.
12/5/17: Den/TV room smoke detector battery needs replaced.
12/5/17: Ceiling and floor repair looks very good.
12/4/17: Light mildew on seats and steering wheels of each car. Wiped each down
12/4/17: Pulled a Hoskins Pest control sign from yard. Package at front door brought it inside, see photos below.
12/4/17: Turned humidistat to 55 and thermostat to 78 to help with humidity.
11/16/17: Take down lanai panels and stack them against the wall for better view when trying to sell condo.
11/30/17: Floors mopped well, furniture dusting was good. Counters could have been cleaned a bit better. Guest bath sink bowl had slight residue inside it. Ac system was set at 75 degrees, I turned back to 80. All doors were locked.
