Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,702 service calls we have performed 28,296 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

12/26/17: Some browning of front lawn, about the same as always. No additional wood chip in den/office.12/21/17: Turned humidistat to ON, thermostat to 75. I left the water on and turned the water heater on for incoming renters. Put water valve lock in top desk drawer.
12/21/17: Moved the thermostat to 77 to help with high humidity.
12/21/17: Went back inside to ensure I had shut the water off, of course I had. Didn't run water in the tub that has all the items stored in it.
12/21/17: Lanai panels and rails have not yet been repaired. Moved each thermostat to 75 to help reduce high humidity.
12/21/17: Moved thermostat back 2 degrees to help reduce high humidity.
12/21/17: Package at front door, brought inside. Moved the thermostat to 75 to help with high humidity. Poured water down master bath drain, can't run through shower head without getting wet.
12/21/17: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
12/20/17: Found key in far screen door on Lanai, see photo. Pulled Ranson Bros weed control sign from front yard. Slight damage to stucco at base lip of slider to master bedroom, see photos below.
12/20/17: Some weeds in pool deck cracks. Ran water extra long to help eliminate smell from water. May want to have me run it for an hour or so just before you arrive to reduce the smell.
12/20/17: Met Frank working on side lot irrigation system.
12/20/17: Gutter in front sagging, back gutter needs repair. No bees flying near exterior power box today.
12/18/17: Landscapers left one full bag of mulch on rock out front.
12/18/17: Rebooted internet modem as requested by client.
12/18/17: Work has begun. Yellow towel on floor I didn't put down. See photos below. Main water valve was on upon arrive.
12/18/17: Landscaping done around pool cage, see photos below. Cleaning lady has been there.
12/18/17: Weeds growing in cracks of lanai pavers.
12/14/17: Could not get disposal to work, acts as if it has no power. Turned off at breaker.

12/14/17: Breaker #23 (guest bath lights) was tripped
12/14/17: Light brown discolored water in master bath tub, ran until clear.
12/14/17: Light brown water coming out of downstairs guest bath, ran until clear.
12/14/17: When the painters power shed the garage, a small amount of wasted seeped into your storage unit. I moved a few items by the door and mopped the water up. Nothing was damaged as far as I can see.
12/14/17: Water was running in the kitchen sink when I opened the door, please note the water main valve was off when I arrived. Disposal has been changed/repaired and it no longer is leaking.
12/12/17: Pulled Truly Nolen sign from front yard. Brought several palm fronds to front for pick up.
