Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,498 service calls we have performed 30,219 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

4/25/19: The half bath sink has very low water pressure. The water was coming out very dirty, see photos below. I ran all fixtures until it cleared and flushed the toilets 4 times each.4/25/19: Beth Henson is cleaning skip today’s service per client
4/25/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
4/24/19: Went back to check pool level (mid skimmer port) and closed the main water valve.
4/24/19: Brought trash containers inside the garage and closed the water main valve.
4/24/19: Your pool skimmer was sucking air water was right at the bottom of the skimmer Port. I turn the water on and ran the hose into the pool entire time I was here I’ve got some homes yet to do so I’m gonna let her run and then come back because it is dangerously low. The master bath toilet seat underside in around the rim Had mold growing around it I cleaned it off and left the lid in the seat up. Photos below. These kind of issues and more can be averted with a more frequent service schedule. Replacing a pool pump motor can cost you many hundreds of dollars.
4/24/19: The bee situation is no worse than last time I was here. Should probably get Jodi back inside to clean them up.
4/24/19: I brought in several pieces of mail none appear to be important. You still have red bugs primarily out in back on the shed. The back gate was not latched and swinging in the wind, photo below. A few more areas under the soffit that are lifted up, photos below.
4/24/19: Plant that I moved outside had tipped over, so I blocked it in an upright position. The dining room lamp was on when I arrived I turned it off. The fan was running on the lanai I turned it off.
4/24/19: Got your note and check, will schedule furnace replacements on suggested dates.
4/24/19: Some weeds growing in the cracks of the pavers on the lanai. Pillows on the floor of the master bedroom, photo below.
4/23/19: I turned the water heater and range off at the circuit breakers. I also closed the main water valve.
4/23/19: Brought 4 palm fronds to the front for pick up. Gecko got inside the house and left quite a few droppings especially along the slider I’ll bring the shop back and clean them up next time. I cannot find the gecko.
4/23/19: The shower caddy in the guest bathroom fell photo below.
4/23/19: Water main was open, I closed it.
4/23/19: I swabbed both toilets, I turned the water heater off at circuit breaker. I found a Tempco work car in the door, photo below. A hole near the water valve under the concrete footer has been baited, photo below.
4/23/19: Several papers at the front door, photo below. I took them home to be recycled.
4/23/19: If the landscapers have been here since you left they didn’t take many of the palm fronds with them picture below. It was some digging in the stone area outback in a pipe is sticking up, photo below. The Water main to the home was on upon arrival I shut it off upon departure. The water heater was not off at the circuit breaker so with heating water unnecessarily I turned it off.
4/23/19: The alarm had a message after I disarmed it that said warning there was a recent alarm triggered by a motion sensor.I’m remove a Truly Nolen pest control signed dated 4/18.
4/23/19: I hooked up he battery maintainer on the car and the dehumidifier on the kitchen counter.
4/23/19: Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose. I used booties inside as requested, I used disposables I brought with me. Your property and several others have been marked and flagged for what appears to be digging, photo below.
4/22/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube.
4/22/19: The gate on the left side of your home was open, photo below.
4/22/19: I left the dehumidistat set at 60% because there hasn’t been any humidity today to really challenge the system and I feel safe is better than sorry.
4/22/19: I found the dehumidistat set 45% I moved it up to 55% as it has been in the past and based on the low humidity inside the home and will monitor it from there.
