Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/27/18: No box for Xfinity return at front door.6/26/18: Weeds in landscaping have been treated and are browning.
6/26/18: Weeds maintained.
6/26/18: Turned thermostat back to 82 degrees based on low humidity level.
6/26/18: Pulled a Problem Solved Pest control sign dated 6/18/18 from the front yard. Some browning in right side lawn, but it appears to be overwatering.
6/26/18: Pool was very low, added water until it was to mid skimmer port. Two sales flyers in mailbox, as a result I am not sending mail this week.
6/26/18: Brown spots in the yard, see photos below.
6/26/18: Lots of bugs floating on top of the water, the back left screen door was open about 2 inches when I arrived, this is more than likely where the bugs entered.
6/26/18: Weeds growing in landscape stones.
6/21/18: Drop off keybox so Frank the painter can monitor painting bleed thru from roof leaks
6/21/18: Meet Tom from Suncastle Roofing for leak in quest bathroom
6/25/18: Swept up the dead insects that have been under the living room windows.
6/25/18: Yard has not been mown, looking very long, see photos. Mold developing on ceiling of lanai. It does appear to be a leak as I am not sure any tile damage, see photos below.
6/25/18: Ceiling spots in guest bath have not gotten worse, they are the same as before.
6/25/18: I ran the kitchen sink slowly in order to get some water into the trap without it building up enough. Did not run disposal.
6/25/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter.
6/25/18: Ran water through exterior fridge door.
6/25/18: No evidence of pests in attic entry area. Moved the thermostat back to 82 degrees based on current humidity readings.
6/25/18: Down spout sections blown off back by pool, same as last inspection. Moved the thermostat back to 78 degrees.
6/25/18: I left the Watermain on, I set the humidistat to 0, I turned the ice maker on, I put all the batteries back in the remotes, I swapped each toilet and put the lids down, I closed all doors and I turned the water heater on at the circuit breaker.
6/25/18: The electrician didn’t show however however Jeremih with more homes was here he asked me to test the dryer and the fan is running and working according to him. Your woodpecker hole is still there and you have a guest in it.
6/24/18: Watered both plants on lanai. Today I could not get the sliding glass door to the lanai to lock I tried several times. I poured bleach down the HVAC line.

6/24/18: The humidity level upstairs is a bit concerning however it is still at an acceptable range I like to make sure that every area of the home is at or below 60%.
