Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,482 service calls we have performed 27,897 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/30/18: No evidence of pests in attic entry. Outdoor kitchen sink fixture is loose.1/30/18: The door between the garage and Home was unlocked I locked it. The front door deadbolt was not locked.
1/25/18: I found the water valve on when I arrive in the refrigerator on as well assumed you had someone in to prepare the home for your renters coming in February so I left the water on his account.
1/24/18: Dry spot in front yard still, see photo below. I tried to get that particular zone to come on and water but was not successful. I’m not sure which zone it is but you may want to have some a look at the sprinkler system.
1/24/18: When I deactivated the alarm did it told me that there was a recent alarm due to a motion sensor .
1/22/18: Home occupied, couldn’t do inspection
1/22/18: I texted an image of three envelopes to client, client needs those forwarded.
1/22/18: Picked up new key from grill.
1/22/18: Mold growing in shower. Two screens on lanai need repaired. Weeds in drive need treated.
1/22/18: Some browning of front lawn, about the same as always. Some additional wood chips in den/office, see photo below.
1/22/18: I turn the pool heater on, I check the plants around the pool cage they appeared to be doing well however ends slightly caught by recent frost.
1/18/18: Didn't run water in the tub that has all the items stored in it.
1/18/18: Poured water down master bath drain, can't run through shower head without getting wet.
1/18/18: Drained water from system after water was turned off. Set the thermostat to heat and 68°. Turn the humidistat to on.
1/18/18: Contractor was installing the floor in the living room during the inspection. The water was on upon arrival and after.
1/16/18: Dry spots in the yard nothing that is overly dry see photos below. It’s called a Truly Nolen sign from the front yard in the dry spot, didn’t really say pest-control so maybe I’m assuming they sprayed the yard to help the grass.
1/16/18: Several ant colonies in the yard especially on the drive path and sidewalk.
1/16/18: Home occupied, no inspection provided.
1/15/18: A dozen dead ants under dining room window.
1/15/18: Light was on in the garage as well as the hall just outside the guest bathroom.
1/15/18: Water main at road is turned off and locked, see photo below. Thank you for the card and gift of money!
1/15/18: A –1 Superior invoice in the screen door dated 1/11/18 brought into home.
1/12/18: Brought up both garbage containers from the road.Found one soffit issue on stand alone shed, see photo below.
1/11/18: Did not provide service today as Frank Ruby called me about your arrival on the 15th
1/11/18: Did not provide inspection as the water was on and a white sedan with Minnesota plates was in the garage.
