Displaying Are Records 25776 to 25800 of 27897

2/19/18: Some browning of front lawn, about the same as past inspections. Wood chips in office/den are cleaned up.
2/16/18: There was a pile of brush to the right of the drive see photo below. There was quite a bit of insect activity all dad in the TV room next to the long gated window. I went outside to find the window has slipped down and appears to have a gap at the top see photos. In the guest bathroom when I lifted the lid to the toilet The toilet was empty and a rat was in the toilet I immediately flushed the toilet. Then I went to the garage got a gallon of bleach I put a bunch of bleach in the water flush that again. Then I put about a quarter of a gallon of bleach in the toilet and let it sit. This should help prevent rodents in sacks from trying to gain access to your home through that toilet.
2/15/18: Picked up the car keys from kitchen counter. Didn't run water in the tub that has all the items stored in it.
2/15/18: The thermostat in the master bedroom has no display and the system is not working when I try to turn it on. The lights in the foyer above the little sink next to the thermostat and the kitchen overhead light where on I turned them off.
2/15/18: Moved thermostat to 78 degrees based on low humidity reading
2/13/18: Opened back sheds found no evidence of bats, no droppings, no smell and no sound. Soffits outside appear to be the same as last inspection.
2/13/18: Pulled Massey pest control sign from front yard. For sale sign out of front window and on kitchen counter.
2/13/18: Turned water heater on at breaker for guests.
2/13/18: Several ant colonies in the yard especially on the drive path and sidewalk. Unplugged camera per realtor’s request.
2/12/18: Wiped the interior of each car, they had light mildew.
2/12/18: Removed an undated Hoskins pest control signs from yard
2/12/18: Pool pump IS running. A couple of holes in top pool screens. Saw them last week but forgot to add to the notes area. Some ant activity outside on both sides of the drive and sidewalks.
2/7/18: Pulled Truly Nolen sign from front yard (not dated) as well as some debris that had blown into the yard.
2/5/18: Two dozen dead ants in the kitchen sink. Did not find any live ants. Brought in three pieces of mail. Surprise you do have a mailbox see sending photo of mailbox and ants via text. Had me a bit worried last time thinking I was taking the neighbors mail into your home ha ha.
2/5/18: 10 plants up front are half to three quarters dead. One piece of mail to be forwarded.
2/5/18: Exterior of house is being painted.
2/5/18: The pool pump is not running. The small pipe in the waterfall circle is not circulating because the pump is off. When I went over to the boxes near the pool pump the disconnect is pulled so I’m not sure why but someone at the pool company must have pulled it you may want to check with them.
2/5/18: One top pool cage screen has ripped see photo
2/5/18: Jim was working on trim, garage overhead door was open all oth RE closed. Two pieces of mail, brought inside. One said important tax document on outside.
2/5/18: Some browning of front lawn, about the same as always. Some additional wood chips in den/office, see photo below.
2/2/18: Poured water down master bath drain, can't run through shower head without getting wet.
2/2/18: Left car keys on kitchen counter. Didn't run water in the tub that has all the items stored in it.
1/31/18: Deadbolt on entry door not locked upon my arrival. Water main was on upon my arrival. Looks as if someone is working on screenings under home in the back as blocks are in the yard, sending photo via email.
1/31/18: Opened back shed found no evidence of bats, no droppings, no smell and no sound. Soffits outside appear to be the same as last inspection.
1/30/18: Hole in upper screen, see photo below.
