5/25/18: Water off at 2004.
5/25/18: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
5/25/18: Set thermostat to 78 degrees to try to mitigate humidity levels of condo. I stayed for a while to make sure the system ran and the humidity began to come down. I left when the humidity had been brought down below 65%.
5/25/18: Set thermostat to 77 degrees and dehumidistat to 55% to try to mitigate the high humidity. Waited a few extra minutes in order to ensure system would run and until the humidity began to come down I left with the humidity already down to 67% and system still running.
5/24/18: I refilled all 10.5 ounce damp-rid containers. Set the thermostat to 77 degrees to mitigate humidity.
5/24/18: Found a key today next to the golf cart key in storage room.

5/24/18: Set thermostat to 78 degrees to mitigate the higher humidity.
5/24/18: Had to completely set date and times on thermostat was not showing anything. When I began to set the date, the date showing in the system was 10 May which is the last time I set the thermostat. I am concerned this system is not running or running properly as I can’t get the system to come unless I set the thermostat again. I have no way of knowing if it runs at all while I’m not there but as last time and today proves it will if I set the thermostat variables.
5/24/18: Checked the attic and found no evidence a leak or moisture all appears normal.
5/24/18: Set the humidistat to 55% to mitigate high humidity. Checked slider upstairs no leaking detected. Master bathroom toilet has mold growing in it.

5/23/18: Unplugged noise maker and lamp on left side of master bedroom. Put lamp on right side of bed on nightstand and pushed the on switch. Tested irrigation zone one.
5/23/18: Turned off microwave light. New spot under soffit of back shed, see photo below. Rebooted wifi
5/23/18: Turned AC thermostat down to 76 degrees to mitigate the high humidity. We are to be very wet for the next 10 days.
