Displaying Are Records 25451 to 25475 of 29562
11/20/18: The cold water valve for the right side sink in the master bathroom is spinning I’m not opening the valve. Some tile is separating from the wall in the guest bathroom, as report previously. Took the mail for your neighbor to her.11/20/18: Back bushes and trees have not yet been trimmed.
11/20/18: I put the downspout that was off up against the house. The AC filters did not arrive before today so I could not change the filter.
11/20/18: I turned the thermostat down to 78 to mitigate the higher humidity.
11/20/18: Side stockade gate was open, I closed it.
11/20/18: Debris on roof appears it may be growing there, as previously reported. The dome lens from the street light was not picked up by the city.
11/20/18: Weeds in landscaping as noted in past reports.
11/20/18: Car cover looks good. The tile on the lanai has popped up, reported previously.
11/20/18: Brown spot in the front yard, photo below. Grass and weeds are present in cracks of lanai as previously reported. Photos of side yard below. Turned water heater on per client’s request.
11/20/18: Below is a picture of the sky light in your kitchen where I feel we might have either a leak starting but I can’t determine whether it may even be dirt.
11/20/18: I turned the thermostat down to help mitigate the very high humidity inside.
11/20/18: I picked up several pieces of fruit from the yard. Pool is quite low so I added enough water to bring it to the skimmer level. Her several pieces of mail so I will be mailing that today.
11/20/18: A/C filter needs replaced (20x20x1).
11/19/18: Meet owner of unit 89 and home inspectors. Stayed while they performed their inspection. Finished at 11am.
11/19/18: Pulled several weeds in the lanai.
11/19/18: Watered 16 exterior plants. Found the alarm off, I armed it when I departed. Found the guest bathroom and utility room lights on, I turned them off. It appears your pool heater may be leaking, photo below. The humidity is high within your home, I believe it is due to the fact the thermostat fan setting was set to ON when it should be set to AUTO. I set it to auto and feel the humidity will come down now.
11/19/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Ran dishwasher and electrical mechanical hurricane shutters in the back up then back down.
11/19/18: Last week there were a couple of branches in the back yard, I thought landscapers/lawn service would have removed but did mot, photo below.
11/19/18: Garbage disposal switch has a note “Do not use does not grind”.
11/19/18: Gate was locked.
11/18/18: Drive out, reset modem and screen per client's instruction.
11/15/18: The humidity is a bit high at 62.5% so I adjusted the dehumidistat from 50% to 45% to help mitigate.
11/15/18: The smoke detector leading into the master bedroom is chirping the battery needs replaced. The outside water main valve has not been replaced.
11/15/18: All the cabinet doors and drawer fronts were removed. Carpet torn up from steps.
11/15/18: At this point I believe it’s necessary to bring in someone to clean your unit from the mess the bees have made. Talking with Ginnie Deck and she tells me they found the beehive in the small closet in the upstairs bedroom to the right and have killed the bees. They are coming back tomorrow to finish up whatever they need to do. It is probably best to touch base with Jeanne on exactly what needs to be done yet. I found the humidity extremely high in both areas upstairs and downstairs. I set the thermostats back to ° and the dehumidistat to 45% each. I had a great deal of work to do in the unit below you so after I was finished there I came back upstairs to find that your humidity downstairs around 61% and 61.5% upstairs. So my adjustments are working. I feel that both systems are not running as you efficiently as they could be based upon the temperature coming out of the vents that I tested there only a few degrees less than the unit’s actual temp.
