Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,683 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

11/28/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. No kitchen sink so I couldn’t on the water. In the master bath there is no sink and no tub true and water into. Pool level was very low 1 inch above the bottom of the skimmer port, even though the pump is running I cannot see water being pulled into the skimmer. I ran the water hose into the pool entire time I was here but it only brought it up Am inch o less. There is a bunch of debris floating on top of the water small bounce things in that nature and nothing is getting pulled in then I can see it so I think it needs to be looked at.11/28/18: No kitchen appliances hooked up. 11/28/18: The lawn is long and needs to be cut very soon. Weeds are overtaking the landscaping.
11/28/18: Guest bathroom toilet issue photo below, found it this way. I found some bleach in the laundry room to pour in the stool. Utility room light was on , I turned off. Pulled a few weeds on the lanai.
11/28/18: Watered exterior potted plants. Client put in a three way call to the alarm company so we could check error message.
11/27/18: I pulled several weeds on the lanai.
11/27/18: The lanai concrete and cage screens needs power washed.
11/27/18: Turned thermostat to 75 degrees and dehumidistat down to 20.
11/27/18: Too windy to treat weeds, pulled as many as possible.
11/27/18: I picked up several pieces of fruit from the yard. Pool is quite low so I added enough water to bring it to mid skimmer level. Had several pieces of mail so I will be mailing that today.
11/26/18: I pulled several weeds on the lanai.
11/26/18: The humidity was still somewhat high today, I kept the thermostat turned down 2 degrees to 76.
11/26/18: Poured vinegar down the AC condensation evacuation tube.
11/26/18: Watered 16 exterior plants. The humidity is high within your home, I turned the thermostat down to 76 degrees to help mitigate. A sprinkler head is off just to the right of the exterior electrical panel, photo below. Pulled an Arrow Pest Control sign dated 11/20/18 from the front yard.
11/26/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift.
11/26/18: The past several weeks there were a couple of branches in the back yard, I thought landscapers/lawn service would remove them and they did. Weeds growing in landscaping, photos below.
11/21/18: The pool appears to be in the progress some working skimmer hose and self cleaning head is out and hooked up, photos below. Damage to pool cage screens reported upon in past reports has not been repaired as of yet.
11/21/18: Lower level readings temp 78.6 and humidity 52.5%.
11/21/18: Nothing in the garage do not know where the boat, trailer and golf cart were moved to within the community in order to paint the garage floor.
11/21/18: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
11/21/18: The lanai furniture is out on the lanai. The water main was on upon arrival off upon departure. The master bathroom lights were on, I turned the off. Water heater was on I turned off at switch above the tank.
11/21/18: Tile personnel were completing the tile work, photos below. The extension cord to your car was unplugged when I arrived, I plugged it back in.
11/21/18: Upstairs humidity 56.3% and temp 76.7 degrees. The humidity is higher than I like to see it’s above 60% this is not uncommon for the morning as humidity builds overnight this time of year because the AC system doesn’t run as frequently. As soon as I started running the AC system the humidity dropped by several percentage points so I see no problem at this point.
11/21/18: The guest bedroom toilet didn’t flush, just about overflowed. Did not go down.
11/20/18: Double door fridge in the garage doors shut and cold. Light was on in the garage, I turned it off.
