Displaying Are Records 25351 to 25375 of 27897

6/28/18: Humidity was high in the storage room based on having a dehumidifier available. I checked the dehumidifier the bucket was full, I emptied that and will come back to check later to see if it’s draining now through the hose.
6/27/18: I moved your thermostat to 77°. It was set at 75 showing that it was 72° but it continuously shut down and then started up very quickly after shutting down all the time while I was there, not sure exactly why so I felt based on humidity and attempt to move it yo 77° might help.
6/27/18: Lawn very brown see photos.
6/27/18: Picked up keys that are under block next to outside AC condensing unit. Sprayed 2 wasp nest under soffits.
6/27/18: Very low water pressure in guest shower. Tile work appears completed.
6/27/18: Weeds growing in landscaping and cracks of the driveway see photos below. I pulled a custom lawn and ornamental pest control sign from your yard today it is un-dated.
6/27/18: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up. Weeds growing in the cracks of the drive and landscaping.
6/27/18: Tilers working in most of the primary areas of the home could only walk in so far because of newly set or grouted tile. Doors open so AC can’t keep up. Photos below.
6/27/18: Took several photos sending via email.
6/27/18: Watered exterior potted plants. Set alarm without special characters.
6/27/18: No box for Xfinity return at front door.
6/26/18: Weeds in landscaping have been treated and are browning.
6/26/18: Weeds maintained.
6/26/18: Turned thermostat back to 82 degrees based on low humidity level.
6/26/18: Pulled a Problem Solved Pest control sign dated 6/18/18 from the front yard. Some browning in right side lawn, but it appears to be overwatering.
6/26/18: Pool was very low, added water until it was to mid skimmer port. Two sales flyers in mailbox, as a result I am not sending mail this week.
6/26/18: Brown spots in the yard, see photos below.
6/26/18: Lots of bugs floating on top of the water, the back left screen door was open about 2 inches when I arrived, this is more than likely where the bugs entered.
6/26/18: Weeds growing in landscape stones.
6/21/18: Drop off keybox so Frank the painter can monitor painting bleed thru from roof leaks
6/21/18: Meet Tom from Suncastle Roofing for leak in quest bathroom
6/25/18: Swept up the dead insects that have been under the living room windows.
6/25/18: Yard has not been mown, looking very long, see photos. Mold developing on ceiling of lanai. It does appear to be a leak as I am not sure any tile damage, see photos below.
6/25/18: Ceiling spots in guest bath have not gotten worse, they are the same as before.
6/25/18: I ran the kitchen sink slowly in order to get some water into the trap without it building up enough. Did not run disposal.
