Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/15/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open.1/15/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail, one looked like a card sent from the UK, photo below.
1/15/19: Lower level readings temp 70.4 and humidity 50.5%. Moved bag of ice from freezer put ice in the sink. I looked at all the items in the refrigerator everything is in a sealed package and should not spoil is near as I can tell however I will check each time I’m here and will remove anything that begins to turn.
1/15/19: I turned the thermostat back up to 79 degrees based on today’s humidity reading.
1/15/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
1/9/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Pulled an undated TruGreen sign from the yard. Put the two large waste containers inside the garage.
1/9/19: The outside water main valve has not been replaced.
1/9/19: The water heater was on, the water main was on, and the refrigerator was on. I turned the water heater off at the circuit breaker as well as the refrigerator and I propped the refrigerator doors open. I emptied the ice maker. The upstairs thermostat was wrong to 73 I set it to 78.
1/9/19: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat.
1/9/19: Electric Garage door opener track is engaged and door is manually locked on the right side.
1/9/19: Lanai has screen damage as reported previously and another panel, photo below.
1/8/19: Removed a Truley Nolan Pest Control sign dated 1/4/19 from the front yard.
1/8/19: The back passenger tire on the car is flat, reported previously. One of the pool cage screens is blown out, photo below.
1/8/19: The smoke detector above the boat in the garage is chirping the battery needs replaced. Browning of yard on left side of home as previously reported. Blind valance fell off Guest Bedroom blind, photo below.
1/8/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Removed the furniture from the master bath tub to enable the running of water as instructed by the client.
1/8/19: Picked up 6 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. The humidity is better today so I moved the thermostat back up to 76 degrees. The pool was quite a bit low so I filled it back to the middle of the skimmer port. Digging in the front of your home from an armadillo, photos below. No pest Den found.
1/8/19: The guest bedroom off the pool, slider door was unlocked, I locked it. The guest bathroom off the pool toilet continues to run after flushing so it is shut off at the valve.
1/4/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
1/4/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail, one looked and felt like vehicle license plate. Poured 2oz of bleach down AC evac tube.
1/4/19: I turned the thermostat down to 76 to help mitigate the higher humidity inside your condo.
1/2/19: Opened all hurricane shutters, turned the thermostat down to 74 degrees, left the water main valve on and plugged the fuse T in for the water heater.
1/2/19: Some browning in the lawn as reported previously. Brought in an envelope form the mail box from your lawn service. Found a phone book and Truegreen notice under the mat from the front door, brought them is as well.
1/2/19: Double door fridge in the garage doors shut and cold. I brought the recycling container into the garage.
1/2/19: No bees found around the exterior of your home. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign dated 12/27/18 from the front yard.
1/2/19: Picked up a few dozen palm shucks and 6 palm fronds blown free from trees during last weeks winds, photo below.
