Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

1/30/19: Checked the dehumidifier in kitchen and it was set properly and water was in the hose.1/29/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off.
1/29/19: Lower level readings temp 67.3 and humidity 46.5%. Checked fridge items all fine.
1/29/19: Brought in 1piece of junk mail. Poured 2oz of bleach down AC Evan tube and the chases it with 3 cups of water.
1/29/19: Gate was locked.
1/29/19: Garbage disposal switch has a note “Do not use does not grind”. Downspout out front garage has come loose again, see photo below.
1/29/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open. Front left guest bathroom toilet flush handle broke cannot flush toilet. Ran hurricane shutters down and then up. Cycled the dishwasher.
1/23/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants.
1/23/19: Driver side front tire a bit low on the Fiat. Set the thermostat and dehumidistat for client’s arrival.
1/23/19: The water main was on, the upstairs TV was on the downstairs bathroom light was on and sheets are hanging from the doors in the utility area, photos below. It appears cleaning person has not finished yet.

1/23/19: Front yard browning about the same as past service dates. SUV in garage.
1/23/19: The smoke detector above the boat in the garage is chirping the battery needs replaced. Browning of yard on left side of home as previously reported.
1/23/19: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open.
1/23/19: Brought several palm fronds to the front for pick up. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign dated 1/17/19 from the front yard.
1/23/19: Picked up 7 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign dated 1/17/19 from the front yard.
1/16/19: Back bushes and trees have not yet been trimmed. Pool level was very low, I ran water into it all the time I was there.
1/16/19: Double door fridge in the garage doors shut and cold.
1/16/19: Mole activity in the front and side yard that borders the road.
1/16/19: I move the thermostat back up to 80 degrees based on the lower humidity today.
1/16/19: Picked up 6 pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. The pool was quite a bit low so I filled it back to the middle of the skimmer port. A sprinkler mechanism was found in the backyard but I could not find where it came from, maybe lawn people will know. Front city water valve cover was off displaying water inside over the valve photos below.
1/16/19: Had to free the garbage disposal before I could run it.
1/15/19: Garbage disposal switch has a note “Do not use does not grind”.
1/15/19: Love the new exterior color of your home. Pool water timer was leaking at the valve causing water to pool in that corner of the lanai. I shut the water valve off and squeegeed the water away from the corner.
1/15/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube.
