Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 33,999 service calls we have performed 28,802 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/26/18: The paint has lifted off the ceiling just inside the front door at the gable, photo below.9/26/18: Back bushes and trees have not yet been cut, see photo below. I found the pool level within an inch of the bottom of the skimmer Port, so I ran water into the pool while I did your home watch service and the neighbor’s home watch service which brought the level to almost mid skimmer port. I’m a bit concerned as last night we had a very very very heavy rain several inches and your pool level this morning was very low this would indicate to me that your pool pump was probably running dry sometime yesterday during the day.
9/26/18: The front and side yards have lots of standing water but we had a major storm go through last night so that’s to be expected. I pulled an arrow pest control find dated 9/22/18 from your dart
9/25/18: Set thermostat to 78 degrees and left the dehumidistat on 0 while contractors finish up.
9/25/18: The GFI that controls the garage lift and light as well as the car charger was tripped, I reset.
9/25/18: I hooked the charger to the car. I set a dehumidifier up in the kitchen. Did not notice any smell in garbage disposal.
9/25/18: Plastic exterior shutter outside dining room windows is melted/bent see photos below. Turned all circuit breakers on and set appliance clocks. Turned ice maker on. Watered the one plant on the lanai.
9/25/18: Some browning of the grass on the edge of the drive, see photos below.
9/25/18: Disposed of dead gecko found on the floor.
9/24/18: The love bugs are back all over your home’s back exterior walls. They are also inside again, see photos below. I did not clean up as I want the contractor to be able to see in person what this causes inside. However I did shut all doors to keep them contained to the main part of your home.
9/24/18: Found Home Defense pest control bill attached to front door, brought inside.
9/24/18: On my property walk around I found the lanai screen door open with the cylinder lock engaged, see photo below. Front door electronic door keypad has no power would not unlock, I used the key for entry.
9/24/18: Pulled a dozen weeds on lanai. Found a Home Defense pest control bill in the door, see photo below.
9/24/18: Treated new weeds on lanai.
9/24/18: Garbage disposal leaking. Photo below of ceiling spot mentioned several service calls back, use as a reference. Car appears to be free of mold/mildew, back passenger tire almost flat, see photo below.
9/24/18: No water fell from the top of the door today. I watered the plants on the lanai. Removed Arrow Pest control sign dated 9/22/18 from the front yard.
9/24/18: Front exterior electrical outlet box is off. You have hundreds of ants working from the ground to exposed box/wires. Ants gravitate to electrical current. I do not see any live ants on the interior of this area of your home.
9/24/18: Watered 3 trees per written instructions on kitchen counter. Left side sink stopper in the master bathroom will not open/lift. Weeds taking over landscaping see photo below.
9/24/18: Client was unable to deactivate alarm remotely, so I deactivated and the client instructed me not to arm upon departure.
9/21/18: Right side master bathroom sink fixture leaks, I have tag did to make you aware upon your return.
9/21/18: Chipped away quite a bit of ice from the door of the freezer it was almost frozen shut again. The thermostat was not working the display indicated the batteries were needing replaced, I could not find any in your condo so I replaced them with ones that I bring for just such an occasion. The master bath toilet is leaking where the tank meeta the stool when flushed I have tagged both the tank and where it leaks.
9/21/18: Gate was locked.
9/21/18: I ran the spa for duration of visit, turning off before departure.
9/21/18: SUV n the drive with Connecticut license plate, photo below. Watermain was on. Tried to contact owner but no answer assuming the home is occupied.
9/21/18: Locked water main valve before departure. Small ceiling discoloration/leak in utility area leading to garage as reported before, see photo below for comparison. Weeds growing in the cracks of the lanai and the gutter that runs between the house and cage. Very large wasps nest under the soffit at the highest point on the backside of your home.
