Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,647 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/10/19: Master bedroom sliding glass doors not locked upon arrival, tightened right slider door lock latch was loose. Fridge seals have condensation causing delight mold. Wiped off best we could.5/10/19: Found leak in trap under master bathroom sink, tightened plastic nut connecting trap to bottom of sink and stopped leak. Will check again next service call.
5/10/19: Removed leftover Chinese food from fridge in styro and shutoff and emptied icemaker
5/10/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
5/10/19: Changed thermostat down to 77 because humidity was high in unit.
5/10/19: Brought in lanai furniture.
5/9/19: Moved the thermostat from 78 to 80° based on humidity readings. Made sure that the breakers were off for the water heater, the dryer and the range. Removed all of the batteries from the remote. Dumped all the ice from the icemaker.
5/9/19: Brought in garbage cans
5/9/19: Changed upstairs thermostat to 76 and dehumidistat to 50%.
5/9/19: Turn both thermostats back to 78° based on the low humidity the past two service calls.
5/9/19: The half bath sink has very low water pressure. The water was coming out very dirty, see photos below. I ran all fixtures until it cleared and flushed the toilets 4 times each. Replaced/refilled damp rid bags and containers. There are no more bags.
5/9/19: Plugged in golf cart to charge. Started car idled during service call. Bottom front door handle not locked.
5/9/19: Reset microwave clock. Changed thermostat from 76 to 78 due to lower humidity.
5/9/19: Turned ice maker off and emptied ice.
5/9/19: Put golf cart on charge.
5/9/19: Ghost ants in kitchen around cabinets and in downstairs half bathroom. Adjusted upstairs thermostat from 78 to 76 and dehumidistat to 50%. Adjusted downstairs thermostat from 78 to 76 and dehumidistat to 50%.
5/8/19: Put trash cans out. Humidity inside was 54.2%.
5/8/19: Garbage disposal loud. Love bugs by sliding glass doors in by treadmill. Brought in large stack of mail. Mailbox cross post appears to be loose.
5/8/19: Did a drive by check of home did not run water.
5/8/19: Water main is to remain off per client.
5/8/19: I brought in several pieces of mail none appear to be important. You still have red bugs primarily out in back on the shed. The back gate was not latched and swinging in the wind, photo below. A few more areas under the soffit that are lifted up, photos below.
5/8/19: Couple of weeds growing along the roof line. Ants trailing up and down left front corner downspout. Watered all potted exterior plants.
5/8/19: Brought trash bins inside garage walked around house
5/7/19: Wood pecker hole on column hurst outside the lanai, styrofoam all over screen.
5/7/19: Moved the thermostat to 77 based on low humidity the past two service.
