Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,686 service calls we have performed 29,562 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/18/19: GFI outlet that controls the garage door opener, light and car charger was tripped again, I reset.6/18/19: Back porch screen door is unlocked. The garage still has a strong gasoline smell.
6/18/19: Brought in two pool company slips dated 6/6 & 6/13. Lawn needs to be mowed see photo below. Section of soffit on right side of house is separated see photo below.
6/18/19: I did not make any adjustments to the thermostat for the higher humidity due to the exceptionally high outside humidity and the time of day.
6/18/19: Batteries in alarm keypad went dead when trying to exit and could not set the alarm I installed four new AA batteries from our stock and was able to set the alarm. Pool pump impeller housing is leaking has a steady drip coming from bottom see photo below. Pool cage screen has vines starting to grow on it see photo below. Bougainvillea by front entrance has been trimmed. Area near ac condenser may need to be trimmed soon see photo below.
6/18/19: Used company issued booties inside. Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose. Photos of dock work progress see below.
6/17/19: Ran shutter up and down. Watered exterior plants.
6/17/19: Brought in several pieces of mail, none of any importance. Lawn has some minimal browning.
6/17/19: Set upstairs thermostat to 78 from 80 to help mitigate the higher humidity upstairs.

6/17/19: Water was on upon arrival,off upon departing. Light was on in entry hall, off upon exiting
6/17/19: Set up dehumidifier on kitchen counter and removed pizza & eggs from refrigerator.
6/17/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tupe
6/17/19: Breaker off for disposal notated with post-it note tape, did not run.
6/17/19: Dehumidifier read 60. Refilled damp rid buckets, Ran shutters up and down. Lowered the thermostat to 78 to help mitigate humidity level.
6/17/19: Found home team pest Invoice stuck in front door jamb,picture below
6/17/19: Ran storm shutters up and down.
6/17/19: Dehumidifier reading 50. Ran shutters up and down.
6/17/19: Removed all damp rid bags that were full,could find no replacement. We had to reposition the dehumidifier as the hose was getting linked right at the machine not allowing the water to evacuate into the shower drain. This caused the bucket to fill which we also emptied. We will monitor closely.
6/17/19: Some ant activity still present on pavers outside behind the pool cage. Picked up truly nolen application sign from yard.
6/17/19: Disposal ran but is noisy
6/15/19: The pool has a great deal if debris on the bottom of the pool, including what appears to be algae. The right side irrigation zone was on and flooding the side yard so much it was running down the driveway when I arrived. I turned the irrigation control to off and then back to run which stopped the zone. It must have been stuck open. Found two spots on the ceiling of the mid Guest Bedroom (has the green blow up gator on the bed), these spots are just starting or could be bleed thru from a previous problem. Photos below.
6/15/19: Some debris at bottom of pool. Found several live very tiny non flying bugs gathered in the right side MB sink, photos below. I made sure to flush them all down the drain and ran the water a very long time. I closed the drain stoppers in both sinks.
