Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,463 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

5/31/19: Pool level low see photo below, spoke with Amy about it via phone.5/31/19: Ran shutters up and down. Pool level was under skimmer port shut pool pump off see photos below. Spot with client by phone. Some debris at bottom of pool.
5/31/19: Could not find keys to Mercedes 400. Pool pump breakers are turned off. Water level low in spa see photo below.
5/31/19: Drove the suv and golf cart. Checked golf cart battery levels. Weeds in flower beds see photo below.
5/30/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. Set fan up in master bedroom closet.
5/30/19: Boat trailer no boat. Moved both humidistats down to 50% from 55% to help mitigate border line humidity levels.
5/30/19: Moved humidistat down to 55% to help mitigate humidity level.
5/30/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub. Moved humidistat down to 45% to help mitigate humidity level. Air temp coming out of vents was 76.
5/30/19: AC system working
5/30/19: Water is off at 2004.
5/30/19: Found the ac system not cooling. Tested several vents air temp coming out above 85 yet this service call. Has this been repaired since last service call?
5/30/19: Moved humidistat down to 50% to help mitigate borderline high humidity level.
5/30/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling. See photos below.
5/30/19: Ran washer and dishwasher on rinse cycles, left both doors open to let dry. Key to mailbox doesn’t work.
5/30/19: The only shutters that are down currently are those on the lanais, not front door.
5/30/19: Front hurricane shutter is up, do you want it down?
5/30/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked.
5/30/19: Moved dehumidistat down to 50% from 60% to help mitigate humidity level. Extension cord by SUV is there something you need connected?
5/30/19: It appears nothing has been done to doors yet photos below.
5/30/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube. Turned dehumidistat down 2% to help mitigate the border line humidity.
5/29/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Photo of front yard browning below. One piece of mail looks important photo below.
5/29/19: Large section of screen torn on pool cage see photo below. Grass has excessive browning in front and back yards see photos below. Weeds in pool lanai pavers see photo below. Picked up Massey pest control sign in yard not dated see photo below. Turned water heater breaker off. Irrigation timer was off, I tested the zones and discovered several broken sprinkler heads and a broken irrigation pipe underneath the driveway videos texted separately. Left irrigation timer off. Irrigation system needs complete test and repair before it can be ran.
5/29/19: Spa water level at optimal level. Drove vehicle within community.
5/29/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 42.7% humidity 80.8 degrees temp; Master bath hall 48.6% humidity and 80.1 degrees temp.
5/29/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level. Brought in several pieces of mail two appear to be important see photo below. Picked up Truly Nolen sign in yard dated 5/22 see photo below.
