Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,650 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/21/19: Put one cap full of perfect weekly in pool.6/21/19: Lawn needs to be mowed see photos below.
6/21/19: Took photos of tree by pool cage, it appears to have been trimmed back some see photos below. Brought in two pool service cards dated 6/11 & 6/18.
6/21/19: Lawn has some minimal browning.
6/21/19: Replaced all damp rid bags.
6/21/19: Could not change ac filter incorrect size supplied, needs 16x20 see photo below.
6/21/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Garage door opener light was on upon arrival, I was able to turn it off using the button on the wall.
6/21/19: Water main is to remain off per client. Excessive fire ant activity along sidewalk leading up to front entrance see photos below.
6/21/19: Alarm keypad was beeping again before the front door was opened.
6/21/19: The dehumidifier ran while I was there and had water in the tube. Dehumidifier reading was 48.
6/21/19: Front glass door was open and stuck in the soffits on front porch and the soffits were damaged, I closed the door and put the damaged soffits back into place the best I could. See photos below. The interior garage door was wide open upon arrival.
6/21/19: Water to the house was back on. Brought in three pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photos below.
6/20/19: Charged golf cart.
6/20/19: Started the car, idled during service call.
6/20/19: Dehumidifier in kitchen read 55. The half bath sink has very low water flow. Removed all damp-rid bags could not find replacements.
6/20/19: Water is off at 2004.
6/20/19: Cushions are on lanai? Emptied ice maker and shut off.
6/20/19: Master bathroom sink faucet closest to the bath tub is loose.
6/20/19: Drained water from system after water was turned off. Ran water on fridge door. Condensation drain line for ac system air handler in the master bathroom is leaking at the union, photos below. We put a small bowl below it to see how much it will leak today. In a few hours we will check it
6/20/19: Dead cockroaches and bugs throughout entire home see photos below. Found sink trap leaking in guest bathroom see photo below. Found yellow spots on master bd ceiling see photos below. Recommend cleaning
6/20/19: Lowered the downstairs & upstairs dehumidistats to 60% to help mitigate high humidity level.
6/20/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
6/20/19: Moved the thermostat from 77 to 78 based on the past 2 humidity readings
6/19/19: Removed Truly Nolan sign from yard dated 6/19.
6/19/19: Shoe covers worn
