Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,463 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/5/19: Checked all pictures. Picture in master bedroom just inside door has little yellow spots on it, may have missed it last service but just wanted to make sure if it is something that is known. See photo below.6/5/19: Gate was open again see photo below. Sprayed two active hornets nest in outside storage area attached to house.
6/5/19: New sod is doing well and might need to be cut soon see photos below. Area with seeds had seedlings sprouting see photo below. Water main was on upon arrival for timers supplying water to new grass.
6/5/19: Checked ac system and it was working, air coming out of vents has temp of 59.7 degrees.
6/5/19: Lawn has minimal browning. No mailbox.
6/5/19: Palm tree branches touching house in front and back see photos below. Weeds growing in driveway and flower beds see photos below.
6/5/19: Watered plant inside. Brought in several pieces of mail two appeared to be important see photos below.
6/4/19: Cleaned up gecko droppings in dining area and along slider.
6/4/19: Master bath small sink hot water faucet handle leaks at base. Lawn has minimal browning, but it poured while we were here so that will help.
6/4/19: Took out garbage cans to curb for pick up.
6/4/19: Shut off range & water heater breakers. Emptied icemaker ensures it was off.
6/4/19: Lawn has minimal browning.
6/4/19: Brought in 2 pool company slips dated 5/23 & 5/30. Pool had some debris on the bottom see photo below. Lawn needs to be mowed see photos below.
6/4/19: Pool filter black lid was leaking drips all around see photos below. Lawn has minimal browning in backyard see photo below. Brought in several pieces of mail two appeared to be important see photos below.
6/4/19: Bougainvillea bush by front entrance needs trimmed.
6/4/19: Moved thermostat up to 78 due to low humidity level.
6/4/19: Met Carl from truly nolen at home for ant infestation.
6/4/19: Dehumidifier reading 46. Checked the AC is working.
6/4/19: Ants in back bathroom by pool door and trail of ants on back pool pavers see photos below.
6/4/19: Dehumidifier in kitchen read 40 and water was draining from in hose. We used booties inside that we brought with us as requested. White dock worker truck in driveway, dock workers working in back. See photo below.
6/3/19: Set downstairs thermostat to 80 as requested.
6/3/19: Ran shutter up and down. Brown spots in yard photo below. Watered all the plants on the lanai.
6/3/19: Water was turned off inside the city ground box, I turned it on then used the above ground valve to shut it off when I left.
6/3/19: Locked screen door is now locked, water main off and locked.
6/3/19: The master bath sinks covered by contractor working in that room, did not run water.
