Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,410 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/3/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. Some browning in the yard this below.6/3/19: The alarm was not activated upon arrival activated upon departure. Brown spot in lawn photo below.

6/3/19: Child pool gate not latched. Door from house to garage is not locked. Browning in front photo below. Adding water to pool while in community today.
6/3/19: Poured several ounces of vinegar down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Poured two ounces bleach in each toilet
6/2/19: Shed doors are painted shut, I left a note for painters they put things back but doors still won’t open.

6/2/19: Ran the spa for duration of visit, turning off before departure. Did not run water in MB shower and left side sink bowl as they had cellophane on the drains. A few pieces of debris at the bottom of the pool.
6/2/19: Guest bath sink stopper broken will not lift, cannot run water.
6/2/19: Unscrewed bulb to exterior carport light fixture.
6/2/19: Back patio fence has a broken slat as report last service call. Several palm fronds down out back.
6/2/19: Dead bugs in back bath and bedroom,
6/2/19: Gate was locked.
6/2/19: Car too close to shed for me to check inside.
5/31/19: Lower level readings temp 53.7 and humidity 78.9%. Mildew on refrigerater freezer gasket see photo below.
5/31/19: Photo of living room ceiling below for 2019 baseline observation. Guest bathroom toilet is filling very slowly.
5/31/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
5/31/19: Moved thermostat to 79 from 77
5/31/19: Living room and master bedroom sliding glass doors were unlocked.
5/31/19: Upstairs bathroom water valve for toilet has slight water drip when turned on only see photo below.
5/31/19: Door to lanai storage room was open, I closed it, photo below.
5/31/19: Pool level low see photo below, spoke with Amy about it via phone.
5/31/19: Ran shutters up and down. Pool level was under skimmer port shut pool pump off see photos below. Spot with client by phone. Some debris at bottom of pool.
