Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,650 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/1/19: Watered plant on kitchen counter7/1/19: Watered 3 interior trees
7/1/19: Poured a cup of vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. Browning in the front yard reported 6/3/19 is just about filled in, photo below.
7/1/19: Too many weeds on the lanai to pull all of them over 50, but I pulled the larger ones. Should have lanai pavers treated for weeds or sealed to prevent further growth.
7/1/19: Water on upon arrival, off upon departure
7/1/19: Poured several ounces of vinegar down the AC condensation evacuation tube. Poured two ounces bleach in each toilet. Each toilet bowl water was evaporated to a level were pests could breach. Lots of spider and spider egg sacks all around your home, should probably notify your pest control company or soon you will have thousands of babies hatching. Small photo example below.
7/1/19: Breaker off for disposal with black tape over it indicating home owner does not want it on. We placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Pulled a dozen weeds on the lanai.
7/1/19: Disposal ran but is noisy small wet stain on mid guest bedroom ceiling, will monitor same today

6/28/19: 360HWGUYS initiated drive by service to check AC. Found the system not running nor cooling just as it had not been prior to AC tech’s work earlier. No charge as client did not request.

6/28/19: Opened home for Four Season AC tech (Scott). Was on property 30 minutes (drive time from Placida and return 45 min).
6/28/19: Checked attic space upstairs.
6/28/19: Some debris at bottom of pool. Found several live very tiny non flying bugs gathered in both MB sinks, photos last service call. I made sure to flush them all down the drain and ran the water a very long time, I then found a bottle of home defense and sprayed down each drain and then I closed the drain stoppers in both sinks. Requested Phots of the new roof are below.
6/28/19: Weeds growing in the driveway pavers. Brought in a Home Team Pest Control invoice found in the mailbox. The pool has a great deal if debris on the bottom of the pool, including what appears to be algae. There are several places along the edge of the pool needing scrubbing. Photos below. Found the thermostat in OFF mode turned back on cool and set temp on hold at 79 degrees system came right on. I suspect a power surge or deficiency shut it down.
6/28/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
6/28/19: Lowered dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate humidity level.
6/28/19: Pool level is over the top of the skimmer port. Some debris is floating on the top of the water.
6/28/19: Weeds growing in the landscaping as previously reported have been treated and killed. Your HVAC system is not running, I suspect the condensation evacuation tube is plugged as I can see water setting in the bas of the emergency shut off switch, phot below.
6/28/19: Toilets in master bathroom & guest bathroom fill very slowly.
6/28/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
6/28/19: A grey minivan was in the driveway and the water was on upon arrival, I could see shoes through the front door and lights were on inside. Must be occupied but no note on the system to the effect.
6/27/19: Did not provide service unit occupied
6/27/19: Turned water main off
