Displaying Are Records 24526 to 24550 of 30219
9/24/19: Brought in five pieces of mail of which appeared to be important see photo below.9/24/19: Bushes on both sides of the house need trimmed.
9/24/19: The pool pump was running very loudly when I arrived, water level in the pool was below the skimmer port. It had lost its prime & almost running dry, I found it leaking heavily from a split hose and shut it off immediately see photos below. I put the hose in the pool and set the automatic timer for 2 hours. The water main was on upon arrival. The house appears to have been occupied since last service call. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Brought in one pool service slips dated 9/19. An automatic water timer has been installed on the pool lanai water spigot see photo below. Found the living room ac thermostat set on 77 & moved it back up to 78. The master bathroom shower drain is no longer clogged. Cleaned up a pile of dead ants from a corner by the windows in the master bedroom see photos below.
9/24/19: Brought in the package from the garage and put it on the kitchen counter see photo below. Found security sign in the front landscape bed broken & laying on the ground when I arrived, I put it in the garage see photo below.
9/23/19: Removed unwanted guests dining area, picture below
9/23/19: The key ring came apart when I was walking through the bushes to unlock the water valve, one of the keys dropped off and try as I may couldn’t find it. I will look again but if I can’t find the second key will replace lock.
9/23/19: Rekeyed Lanai door
9/23/19: Numerous lizard droppings throughout living dining and entry area, no live ones visible, picture below
9/23/19: Pulled a dozen weeds on the lanai. Pool level is a bit low but adequate.
9/23/19: Ant colonies garage and exercise room, none active, FedEx package at door, picture below
9/23/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation evac tube. I pulled several large weeds from the lanai pavers however there are hundreds of little clover like weeds growing in the cracks. The lanai should probably be treated for weeds.
9/23/19: No insects seen, ran shutter up and down, watered plants three
9/23/19: The furniture on the lanai isn’t as organized as it generally is photo below.
9/23/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. The door handle is loose on the back door in the hallway. It appears all the weeds in the pavers & landscape beds around the house have been sprayed & are dying. There are weeds growing inside the pool lanai landscape area.
9/23/19: All appeared well, front door was not locked.
9/23/19: We have placed a note with post-it note tape over the sink side button, do not run. Circuit breaker #28 tripped, I reset, it is marked master bedroom. Pulled over 6 dozen weeds on the lanai, many of the larger ones but they a beginning to take over. Should be sprayed and/or sealed. Pulling weeds is now taking almost as much time as the actual service call.
9/23/19: All running well, dehumidifier at 54
9/23/19: Turned humidistat to on, ran unit cold reset to 60, dehumidifier set to 55, running well, all clean and well
9/23/19: The car has mold setting up on the fabric seats & steering wheel see photos below. I put a small damp rid bucket in the car. I highly recommend putting an air dryer in the car to help prevent mold from setting up. Dehumidifier in the kitchen read 47. Smoke detector in hallway above the master bedroom door is chirping.
9/23/19: Dehumidifier reading 52. The master bathroom sink on the right side as you walk in has low water pressure.
9/20/19: Checked to make sure the Ac system is still working correctly. The system cycled on & off & was blowing cool air. Temperature & humidity readings were 56.4% & 80.6.
9/20/19: Ran electric shutters up and down. Pool is extremely low (below skimmer port) however the pump has water and the waterfall is still running so I assume the system is pulling water from the drains. The driveway has weeds growing again in the cracks, photo below.
9/20/19: Pool level is within an inch of the bottom of the skimmer port. It appears the pump motor is turned off at the time. The pool company should be contacted and they should be filled just in case it isn’t off or gets turned on.
9/20/19: Toilets in master bathroom & guest bathroom fill very slowly.
9/20/19: Photo of roof below. Drove the car and then golf cart, just before it rained! Magnolia tree leaning on pool cage should be trimmed.
