Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,890 service calls we have performed 29,675 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/26/19: Checked attic space upstairs. Downstairs half bathroom toilet runs occasionally needs new flapper it has been tagged and valve shut off.7/26/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
7/26/19: Toilets in master bathroom & guest bathroom fill very slowly.
7/26/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
7/26/19: Brought in three pieces mail. Poured 2oz of bleach down ac condensate drain line and flushed with water.
7/26/19: Lower level readings temp 78.7 and humidity 49.3%. Clothes dryer was running upon arrival and a note on the master bd bed see photo below.
7/26/19: Tile workers were on the front balcony upon arrival using a lift to get up & down.
7/26/19: Ran mesh shutters up & down. Lowered the thermostat to 74 & left the water main on.
7/26/19: Large broken tree branch still attached to the tree is laying across the driveway see photo below.
7/26/19: Photo of new roof work progress see below. Garage door keypad would not work when trying to leave, I was able to close the door from inside and use the garage door opener from the car to open & close the main garage door.
7/25/19: Upstairs bathroom shower curtain showing signs of orange mildew, photo below.
7/25/19: Watered plant that is in the kitchen sink. Photo below of the moisture that built up over 2 weeks. I wiped all doors and leges dry before leaving. Car started!!
7/25/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
7/25/19: Water is off at 2004. Now that the rainy season is in full swing the mud daubers are busy and you have two very small nests between the lanai screens and the shutters photos below.
7/25/19: The water had a very bad odor again today. I ran all faucets the entire time. Moved the dehumidistat up to 55 from 50 based on the past two low humidity readings.
7/25/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
7/25/19: The water in the tub upstairs came out a bit beige colored, I ran it until it cleared up.
7/25/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. Lowered the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate humidity level. Freed the garbage disposal to run again.
7/25/19: Orange spots in upstairs closet reported and photographed on 6/13/19 appear to be the same. Sink in both guest bathrooms are slow to drain, I have tagged both as such.
7/25/19: Ran rinse cycle on dishwasher & washer.
7/25/19: Removed Damp-Rid bag from master bedroom closet, could not find a replacement bag.
7/25/19: Replaced damp-rid bag in mb closet.
7/25/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked. Package from last inspection is in fridge, Matt put it in there last week Thursday.
7/25/19: Storage room door was open upon arrival, keys to the car were on top of the car and hood open see photos below.
7/25/19: Water heater off at circuit breakers.
