Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 35,528 service calls we have performed 30,219 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/3/19: One piece of mail. Floor just inside the dining area has lift but I can see no cracking, photo below. I’ve marked the area so as to remind us not to walk in that area.10/3/19: Sink in both guest bathrooms are slow to drain, I have tagged both as such. Orange spots in upstairs closet appear to be the same.
10/3/19: Replaced the smoke detector in the center hall outside the upstairs Bathroom.
10/3/19: No lights were on inside. Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked.
10/3/19: Keys to the car are on NOT on top of the car and hood that was open is closed and no charger plugged in. Guest bathroom toilet tank is leaking where the tank meets the atoll. It is tagged with this info and the water is off at the valve.
10/3/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV.
10/3/19: Cleaned one dead millipede from inside front entrance floor.
10/2/19: Brought inside the garage both the garbage and recycling bins. Plugged in water heater but turned the circuit breaker off, per client.
10/2/19: Checked the ac system which is still running correctly, it cycled on & off and blowing out cool air. Humidity & temperature readings were 54.6% & 83.2.
10/2/19: Guest bathroom tub fixture is leaking when off, this posses no problem unless the water main is not turned off.
10/2/19: The irrigation system has been turned on by someone & the grass is looking greener see photo below. Brought in 1 piece of mail see photo below. An ant mound is emerging through the pavers by the front door see photo below. The lawn company is starting to rut the lawn with their big lawn mower on the front left side see photo below.

10/2/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail see photo below. All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 48.0% humidity 80.0 degrees temp; Master bath hall 51.4% humidity and 80.3 degrees temp.
10/2/19: Brought in 2 pieces of mail with different names on them? See photo below. The guest bathroom toilet tank is loose & wobbly, I turned the valve off & tagged it as such. Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level.
10/2/19: The master bath rain shower head ran a little then made a loud pop. I shut it off immediately and saw that it is damaged, I have tagged it and we will not run it again.
10/2/19: A banana tree by the front entrance is broken & slumped over see photo below. Pulled a lawn care extraordinaire sign dated 9/17 from the front yard. The kitchen sink is no longer leaking. Toilet in the master bathroom has a fixed sign on it. Dead ants are still on the master bathroom floor.
10/2/19: Could not get power to receptacle for charger and dehumidifier, used extension cord to power dehumidifier, golf cart not charging
10/2/19: Water from the sprinklers is staining the driveway & sidewalk in front of house see photos below.
10/2/19: The ac system is working correctly, I found the thermostat set at 78 and moved it back to the previous setting of 76. The dehumidistat was set on 60%, I moved it back to the previous setting of 55%.
10/2/19: Poured bleach down HVAC tube, filter okay
10/2/19: The pool water level is low about 1” from the bottom of the skimmer port, found the pool pump has a steady drip leaking from underneath the impeller housing see photo below. Landscape bushes at front of house need trimmed see photo below. Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such. The wood base under the mailbox is rotted and the mailbox is loose.
10/2/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube, garage dehumidifier set at 70 and running
10/2/19: The ac system is off per homeowners request. Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
