Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,410 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

6/25/19: Watered the larger plant on the lanai. Seed pods are starting to develop on the palms in backyard see photo below. Areca palms are starting to touch the roof and soffits on right side of house see photos below.6/25/19: Picked up zero pieces of fruit from the yard. Several pieces of mail being sent today. Pool pump impeller housing has a slight leak see photo below.
6/25/19: Pool water level was below skimmer port upon arrival, I shut the pump off and ran the water hose during inspection and will let it run for at least an hour possibly two and will return to shut off. Pool pump still has a steady drip leak that more than likely is the cause for low water level in the pool. Poured bleach in toilets. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 70.1% & 85.4. I am concerned about the continuing higher then desired humidity level in the house.
6/24/19: Ran shutter up and down. Pulled a few dozen weeds from lanai pavers.
6/24/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off. Brought in several pieces of mail, none appeared to be important.
6/24/19: Changed thermostat to 78 from 76. Brought in several pieces of mail, none appeared to be important.
6/24/19: Ran lanai shutters up and down
6/24/19: Numerous weeds growing in Lana pavers around the pool, needs spraying.
6/24/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube. Saw numerous spider eggs around exterior of house, should contact pets control company to remove.
6/24/19: Disposal ran but is noisy small wet stain on mid guest bedroom ceiling, will monitor
6/24/19: Smoke alarm chirping needs battery, added distilled water to golf cart battery and put on charge
6/24/19: Added 1-2 oz of vinegar to HVAC condensation tube
6/24/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires appear to be getting low.
6/24/19: Door between the garage and home was unlocked, we locked it before departing.
6/24/19: Food in fridge fruit, vegetables possibly need disposal soon, also onion on counter
6/24/19: Breaker #33 for the pool light was tripped again. Ran irrigation system.
6/24/19: Water main was on upon arrival.
6/21/19: Put one cap full of perfect weekly in pool.
6/21/19: Lawn needs to be mowed see photos below.
6/21/19: Took photos of tree by pool cage, it appears to have been trimmed back some see photos below. Brought in two pool service cards dated 6/11 & 6/18.
6/21/19: Lawn has some minimal browning.
6/21/19: Replaced all damp rid bags.
6/21/19: Could not change ac filter incorrect size supplied, needs 16x20 see photo below.
6/21/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Garage door opener light was on upon arrival, I was able to turn it off using the button on the wall.
6/21/19: Water main is to remain off per client. Excessive fire ant activity along sidewalk leading up to front entrance see photos below.
