Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,650 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/23/19: Master bathroom toilet flapper is leaking, It has been tagged and the water valve to toilet is shut off. Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 73.0% & 83.0 degrees. Pool water level was low, I ran the water hose in it during the entire inspection and turned it off before leaving.7/22/19: Brought in mail.
7/22/19: No mail
7/22/19: Watered plants pool area,met ac guy.
7/22/19: Humidity 66 lowered to AC to 78 to help mitigate humidity
7/22/19: Watered 3 interior trees.
7/22/19: Ran water through exterior fridge door. Turned the disposal on and then right back off. No mail
7/22/19: No mail, put vinegar down HVAC tube. Drove car.
7/22/19: Ran lanai shutters up and down
7/22/19: Numerous weeds growing in lanai pavers around the pool, needs spraying. More weeds in drive pavers too.
7/22/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC tube
7/22/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low as previously reported.
7/22/19: Started car let run during inspection
7/22/19: Tested irrigation system. Sprinkler head in backyard was working correctly during test.
7/22/19: Lawn mowed but brushes in need of trim, stains on ceilings front guest and master ceiling bedrooms no change
7/19/19: Garbage disposal is very loud. Bushes by front entrance need trimmed and weeds are growing in landscaping. Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
7/19/19: Amazon package was at the front door, I brought it inside see photo below. The kitchen lights were on upon arrival.
7/19/19: Water main is to remain off per client.
7/19/19: Palm tree frond in front yard is growing into the soffits see photo below.
7/19/19: Poured capful of bleach into each toilet. Hughes exterminators card was on the front door see photo below. Master bathroom copper water supply valves for both sinks & toilet have some corrosion developing see photos below. Water has been puddling on the right side of the lanai see photo below.
7/19/19: Found several cracks in the exterior stucco on the left side of the house see photos below. Possible gopher turtle digging hole under electrical box in front yard see photo below.
7/19/19: Lawn has some minimal browning. Lawn company keeps knocking the downspouts off the gutters see photo below. I found a crack in the exterior stucco on the left side of the house see photo below.
7/19/19: Brought in one pool service card dated 7/9.
7/19/19: Master bathroom right sink is leaking from the trap around the drain stop connection when water is running, I tried tightening it but it is rusted out on the inside and will not stop leaking. It has been tagged and the valve shut off to the sink. See photo below. Removed undated Hughes exterminator sign from yard.
7/19/19: Met Don Oakley pest control and let into the residence. Put one capfull of perfect weekly into the pool.
