Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

Of the 34,410 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

Displaying Are Records 24276 to 24300 of 29076

7/3/19: Found both AC circuit breakers off and AC not running. Turned them on and waited to make sure the system was cooling. Found water main on upon arrival I turned off before leaving.
7/3/19: Poured bleach down HVAC tube. Checked all windows and doors for any possible reason electric bill has increased from last year. The only possible reason that can be deduced is that last year maybe the dehumidistat was used. On our first inspection we found it to be set to 0 (zero) which means it is not in use and the thermostat is controlling the AC unit. It is policy not to adjust a thermostat from the original owner settings unless given a reason. Given our communication about this issue and the humidity levels found to-date, we set the dehumidistat to 55 and will monitor closely. This should reduce the number of times the AC unit cycles per day while hopefully keeping the humidity down within the condo.
7/3/19: Shed doors are painted shut. Turned dehumidistat down for AC to come on and checked òk. Turned back up.
7/3/19: Car too close to shed for me to check inside.
7/3/19: Sprayed one active hornets nest in outside storage area attached to the house.
7/3/19: Flushed toilets turned off valves
7/3/19: Removed 1 large bug 1 salamander, both dead
7/3/19: Interior garage entry door was open upon arrival.
7/3/19: Water main valve still broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets.
7/3/19: Gate was locked.
7/3/19: No mailbox. A notice from the Charlotte County Property Appraiser was on the front door see photo below.
7/3/19: Shoe covers worn
7/3/19: Picked up 2 large dead bugs
7/3/19: Went back to the residence to check the pool water level which was back to an optimal level. I turned the water hose off and turned the pool pump back on.
7/3/19: Ran spa during visit, off upon departure overall good condition
7/3/19: Customer stated they had high water usage I went to the residence and found a leaking toilet flapper in the master bathroom. I shut the valve off at the toilet and tagged it. Also found the pool water level was below the skimmer port and the pool pump was making a loud noise, I shut the pool pump off and ran the water hose to the pool.
7/3/19: Made sure dehumidistat was set at 50%
7/1/19: Turned water heater off at circuit breaker as requested by client.
7/3/19: Removed batteries from remotes 3 rooms , living room slider was unlocked.
7/3/19: Checked all pictures. I lowered the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate borderline acceptable humidity level. Will take packages to Kohl's for return. One piece of mail only a Synchrony bank bill.
7/3/19: Weeds growing in pool area see photos below.
7/3/19: Watered plant inside. Disposal was seized, I used an Allen wrench to free it and it then ran properly.
7/2/19: Brought package in from the front stoop, placed in laundry room. Turned water heater setting to low. Turned water main off after discussing with client. Mirror in front half bath came loose from the wall and fell down nicely on the sink, the fixtures kept it from falling to the floor. Community mailbox area.
7/2/19: Had trouble arming the alarm spoke with client we bypassed the bad zone by putting in the disarm code then 6 then the code for the bad sensor.
7/2/19: Brought in a pool company slip not dated. Lawn needs to be mowed. Pulled a Truly Nolen sign dated 6/27/19 from the front yard. Two pieces of mail looked somewhat important, photos below. Found the living room thermostat set 73 degrees moved back up to 78 based on past reports.
