Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,465 service calls we have performed 29,350 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/11/19: The water had a very bad odor today.7/11/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
7/11/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. Freed garbage disposal to run.
7/11/19: water was on upon arrival, off upon departure.
7/11/19: Brought in several pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photos below.
7/11/19: Moved the upstairs thermostat to 78 from 77 due to humidity readings. Photo of the upstairs closet stain around light, I feel it has gotten darker probably due to age as it is not wet looking.
7/11/19: Ac system is working correctly.
7/11/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked. Package at front door, brought inside, photo below.
7/11/19: Cleaned up several dead millipedes from inside front entrance floor.
7/11/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Turned the thermostat down 1 degree to help mitigate humidity
7/10/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Pool cage section of screen is torn on the left side see photo below. Weeds growing in pavers by pool see photo below.
7/10/19: Grass is a little high but it has rained quite a bit lately
7/10/19: Brought in six pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Met with Hughes exterminators and let them into the residence. I stayed with the exterminator until he was finished inside. 12:35pm-12:45pm
7/10/19: Spot on ceiling in dining room by chandelier looks like a bleed thru, no change after heavy rains this past week.
7/10/19: Water valve was on upon arrival turned off upon departure. Rear tire on passenger side almost flat.
7/10/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 45.8% humidity 80.8 degrees temp; Master bath hall 46.7% humidity and 82.2 degrees temp.
7/10/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level.
7/10/19: Animal has been digging in the landscape bed behind pool cage see photo below.
7/10/19: Weeds are growing in the landscape beds see photos below.
7/10/19: There is still evidence of some digging in the yard.
7/10/19: Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down see photos below. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house see photo below.
7/10/19: Pool clear. Toilets covered in cellophane.
7/10/19: Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged see photos below. I lowered the thermostat down to 83 to help mitigate borderline high humidity level. Copper plumbing on water heater has excessive corrosion see photo below.
7/10/19: Checked to make sure HVAC was working, ac came on and is functioning correctly. Thermostat is set at 80 and dehumidistat is at 55%. The current humidity and temperature readings are 55.9% and 81.5 degrees.
7/10/19: Spa water level at optimal level.
