Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,420 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

7/12/19: Lower level readings temp 79.4 and humidity 67.3%. Humidity levels were high on all floors I discovered the thermostat fans were set to circulate which is an energy saving feature and may be the cause for the high humidity levels. I set the fans to automatic which should help mitigate the humidity levels. I reset the gfci outlets on the balcony’s & the kitchen and tested for power which was restored to the outlets.7/12/19: Water is puddling on the front balcony and causing stains on the tile floor see photos below.
7/11/19: Watered plant that is in the kitchen sink. Refrigerator door would not stay closed all the way causing the warning light and the chime to go off, we tried to use the tape we had available which was our post it note tape to hold it but that didn’t work. See photo below. Car wouldn’t start, battery has power.
7/11/19: Lowered the dehumidistat to 50% to help mitigate humidity level. Unit DID have water today!
7/11/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub. Lowered the dehumidistat to 45% to help mitigate humidity level.
7/11/19: Client requests no water to be ran. Lowered upstairs & downstairs dehumidistats to 55% to help mitigate humidity levels.
7/11/19: Water is off at 2004. Ran shutters up & down. Guest bathroom vanity length is 69 3/4” & the width of the space between the vanity & the wall is 37”.
7/11/19: The water had a very bad odor today.
7/11/19: Orangish colored spots on front office ceiling appear to be the same.
7/11/19: Watered the 2 plants on the front lanai. Freed garbage disposal to run.
7/11/19: water was on upon arrival, off upon departure.
7/11/19: Brought in several pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photos below.
7/11/19: Moved the upstairs thermostat to 78 from 77 due to humidity readings. Photo of the upstairs closet stain around light, I feel it has gotten darker probably due to age as it is not wet looking.
7/11/19: Ac system is working correctly.
7/11/19: Spots on MB ceiling appear to be same as last service call. Storage room is unlocked. Package at front door, brought inside, photo below.
7/11/19: Cleaned up several dead millipedes from inside front entrance floor.
7/11/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Turned the thermostat down 1 degree to help mitigate humidity
7/10/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Pool cage section of screen is torn on the left side see photo below. Weeds growing in pavers by pool see photo below.
7/10/19: Grass is a little high but it has rained quite a bit lately
7/10/19: Brought in six pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Met with Hughes exterminators and let them into the residence. I stayed with the exterminator until he was finished inside. 12:35pm-12:45pm
7/10/19: Spot on ceiling in dining room by chandelier looks like a bleed thru, no change after heavy rains this past week.
7/10/19: Water valve was on upon arrival turned off upon departure. Rear tire on passenger side almost flat.
7/10/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 45.8% humidity 80.8 degrees temp; Master bath hall 46.7% humidity and 82.2 degrees temp.
7/10/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level.
7/10/19: Animal has been digging in the landscape bed behind pool cage see photo below.
