Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

8/22/19: Smoke detector in the center hall outside the upstairs bathroom is chirping needs a battery replaced8/22/19: Keys to the car are on top of the car and hood open and charger under it but not plugged in.
8/22/19: There is ice forming on the glide rails of the freezer photo below. It makes it difficult at times to open but it does open. I took off as much as I could and put in sink to melt.
8/22/19: Started the car it idled during the service call. Made sure air dryer was working in SUV. Kitchen sink water pressure is very low.
8/22/19: Cleaned up only one dead millipede from inside front entrance floor.
8/22/19: Poured vinegar down HVAC condensation tube.
8/21/19: Brought in five pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. A package was at the front door which I brought inside see photo below.
8/21/19: Watered 6 exterior potted plants. Brought in five pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Removed undated Hughes exterminators sign from yard. Location services work has been done in the front yard on both sides of the driveway see photos below. Torn section of screen on the pool cage has been repaired.
8/21/19: Took several photos sending via email. Changed battery in one interior security camera. Both dehumidifiers are working.
8/21/19: All thermostats set to 80 and read 80. Meter readings: Hall thermostat off kitchen 46.4% humidity 81.2 degrees temp; Master bath hall 46.7% humidity and 83.2 degrees temp.
8/21/19: Fish pond looks very clean and at a good level. Removed truly nolen sign from yard dated 8/20.
8/21/19: Pool debris picture below, no change on ceiling stain in living area
8/21/19: Started the car, ran rinse cycle on the dishwasher & poured vinegar in HVAC condensate drain.
8/21/19: Stain living room ceiling, will monitor, picture taken
8/21/19: No tub or sink in MBathroom. Irrigation company was here working upon arrival.
8/21/19: Front door lock hard to work, picture of pond
8/21/19: Smoke alarm chirping, charged cart, no mail
8/21/19: There is evidence of fresh digging in the yard, appears to be an armadillo.
8/21/19: Prepared home for guest
8/21/19: The ac condenser is not running and making a buzzing sound. I tried turning it off at the breakers but it continued to make a buzzing sound. Weeds around the house unchanged and reported upon in past reports. The spots on the ceiling of the living room are no worse. The roof on the back porch is leaking and causing the soffits to rot and fall down. There is also some soffits rotting on the back right corner of the house.
8/21/19: Utility sink in laundry room has a leaking trap, it has been tagged as such. The wood base under the mailbox is rotted and the mailbox is loose.
8/21/19: AC came on and is working correctly. Removed Turfmaster lawn sign dated 8/13 from front yard.
8/21/19: Spa water level appears to be too high.
8/20/19: Alarm system not to be used. Invoice from aqua leak detection was on the back door see photo below. Brought in two pieces of mail which appeared to be important see photo below.
8/20/19: Closed up house, turned off water, breakers, put chain across driveway etc.
