Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/11/19: The batteries in the ac thermostat were low, I replaced them with two new aaa batteries. Found the thermostat set to 77 and moved it back up to 78. Bushes by the front entrance need trimmed see photo below.9/11/19: No problem noted. Shoe covers worn
9/11/19: Large dead bug master area, large live bug dining, killed and disposed both, all blinds shut
9/11/19: Ran spa, several dead bugs living room and master bedroom area, turned off spa and water upon departure.
9/11/19: Nothing has changed since the last service call.
9/11/19: Pool a bit low, ran water during inspection, dead bugs kitchen guest bedroom and hall, picture of hall bugs cleaned up.
9/11/19: The ac system is working correctly. Lawn company has not been cleaning off the driveway after mowing the yard see photo below.
9/11/19: Two cars parked in your driveway, both with Florida plates.
9/10/19: The pool pump impeller housing is still leaking.
9/10/19: Picked up 1 pieces of fruit from the yard. Vines & weeds are growing in the landscape beds. Several pieces of mail being sent today. It appears the construction workers working on the lot next door have been driving through your yard & driveway see photo below.
9/10/19: Brought in several pieces of mail of which four appeared to be important see photo below.
9/10/19: Watered the plant in the kitchen & all potted exterior plants. Brought in several pieces of mail which four appeared to be important see photo below.
9/10/19: Bushes on both sides of the house need trimmed.
9/10/19: Brought in one piece of mail which appeared to be important see photo below. Brought in two pool service slips dated 8/29 & 9/8. There was a package at the front door which I brought inside see photo below. The master bathroom shower drain is clogged and has been tagged.
9/10/19: Brought in several pieces of mail which 11 appeared important see photos below. The kitchen sink is leaking from a cracked trap when the water is running see photo below. It has been tagged and the valves shut off. A large amount of ants are trailing into the house on the front entrance by the front door see photos below. Ants have emerged through the floor in the guest bathroom behind the toilet see photo below. Spiders & spider webs were in several locations throughout the house see photo below. Dead ants were floating in the toilets and were laying in the bathtubs. A lamp was on by the front door. Some bushes are touching the house and could be trimmed.
9/9/19: Found a couple dozen dead ants with a few live in the master bathroom next to the toilet, photo below.
9/9/19: Found 4-6 dozen flies inside the home, about half are alive mainly concentrated in the master bedroom and front bathroom. We killed as many as we could but are not equipped to clean up today. Photos below.
9/9/19: I found 4 dead beetle like bugs in the corner just inside the front door photos below.
9/9/19: I restarted both routers for the security system & spoke with mr.carlson on the phone.
9/9/19: Spot on the ceiling in the music room doesn’t appear to be wet at this point but it is new at least till us, photo below.
9/9/19: Met Jim at the home and picked up the spare key. He was putting water in the pool as it was down. He was also going to do some painting this afternoon so he said he would turn off the water and lock up.
9/9/19: A smoke detector on the living room ceiling is chirping. The door handle is loose on the back door in the hallway.
9/9/19: Dehumidifier read 50.
9/9/19: Water spot in the corner on ceiling of utility room and some spots above the car in the garage, photos below. These five do not appear to be wet so they may be believed it through from years past problems we will monitor.Weeds on lanai are over walk, photo below. Dehumidifier is ruining, draining and read 48. I got the key from Toni and when I was in the utility room I saw another spare on the key rack so I took it and returned Toni’s key to her
9/9/19: Turned humidistat to on , air ran cold, reset to 60. Humidifier on 55, running well, possible Lizard in wreath at front door? Picture below
