Real Time Inspection Concerns

Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.

 

Of the 34,434 service calls we have performed 29,076 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

9/3/19: The pool light is out and sat on the edge of the pool as it was last service call. The lawn company has not been string trimming around anything when they mow the lawn.
9/3/19: Watered the plant on the lanai.
9/3/19: Picked up 2 pieces of fruit from the yard. The pool pump is still leaking. Vines & weeds are growing in the landscape beds. No important mail today, will send on next service call.
9/3/19: The master bedroom left sink is leaking from the trap when water is running, I tried to tighten it but it still leaked. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
9/3/19: The AC system is working correctly. Poured 1 oz of bleach in each toilet. Left water main on for pool auto leveler device installed. Master bathroom toilet has been tagged for supply line leak, it is off at the valve so as not to leak. Bushes on the front left side of the house need trimmed see photo below.
9/3/19: Garbage disposal is not working, I checked the breaker panel and the reset button. It has been tagged. Brought in one pool service slip dated 8/22. Palm trees in the front and back have large seed pods developing see photos below. A chunk of mortar has came off the left front corner of the roof tiles see photo below.
9/3/19: Boat garage humidity and temperature levels 73.0% & 83.0. The flag was up on the mailbox for mail waiting to go out.
9/2/19: Visual inspection of boat & trailer in driveway, both tires are low as previously reported. Guest bathroom toilet runs and possibly needs a new flapper, it has been tagged and the valve shut off. All electric hurricane shutters are down.
9/2/19: Tested irrigation system. All hurricane shutters have been put up around the entire exterior house see photos below.
9/2/19: Side door in guest bathroom was unlocked. Unplugged the water heater.
8/30/19: Closed house up, closed all clam shell shutters, turned off water, turned off breakers, put dehumidistat back on 40% & put plastic chain across the driveway.
8/28/19: Front temperature close to window 82.8,humidity 58.4
8/28/19: Numerous dead bugs, animal tunnel digging under shed area , again maybe armadillo, pictures
8/28/19: Back tire passenger side getting low, picture
8/28/19: Changed damp rid, 2bags left
8/28/19: Watered plant inside. Freed the disposal to run again. A smoke detector is chirping in the den area. Bushes on the front & right side of the house need to be trimmed see photos below. The right side sink in the master bedroom bathroom is leaking from the trap when water is running see photo below. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
8/28/19: Photos of roof & roof smart sign in the front yard. Garden hose by the water main was left in the on position when I turned the water on. Storm shutters may need to be put up around the house for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: No mailbox. The shutters on the pool lanai may need to be closed for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: Moved dehumidistat back to 55 as humidity level was acceptable
8/28/19: Move dehumidistat back to 55 humidity level acceptable, no problems and shoe covers worn
8/28/19: Pool pump is still leaking from multiple locations. Weeds are growing in the pavers & the lawn needs mowed see photos below. Items on the front porch my need to come in for hurricane prep.
8/28/19: Very few small bugs
8/28/19: Water main is broken could not get water into the house. Poured water from the pool into drains and toilets. Some items on the pool lanai may need to be brought in for hurricane prep see photo below.
8/28/19: Ran spa, disposed of several large dead bug
8/28/19: Ants are nesting in the hot tub see photo below. Items outside would need to be brought in for hurricane prep see photos below.
