Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,657 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/7/19: Brought in mail, no live insects, humidity getting a little high, will change thermos next week if needed10/7/19: Found the 2 sliding glass doors in the dining room unlocked and could not get them to lock.
10/7/19: Watered plants, ran shutter up and down, humidity a little high , turned AC down to 77, unit came on blowing cold, will monitor, stain guest bath ceiling is the same, will continue to monitor, picture below
10/7/19: Ran the shutters up & down. Dehumidifier reading 50. The master bathroom sink on the right side as you walk in has low water pressure.
10/7/19: Water was on upon arrival, off upon departure, some debris in spa
10/7/19: Found the pool water level very low almost to the bottom of the skimmer port, I put the hose in it and will return to shut it off in a couple hours. A smoke detector in the guest bedroom hallway is chirping.
10/7/19: Dehumidifier at 52
10/7/19: Turned humidistat to on, HVAC ran cold, turned back to 60, humidifier at 55 came on while inspecting, large dead bug by front door, disposed of it.
10/7/19: Possibly occupied last few days, little food in disposal, ducks on water board in garage but clean overall
10/4/19: Ran electric shutters up and down. Found the ac thermostat off, I turned it back on and it was set to 64. I put it back up to the previous setting of 79. Becky with the pool company was here when I arrived and had the hose on and in the pool, she said to leave the water main on for her and she will be back to turn it off in a couple of hours.
10/4/19: Drove the suv, the tire pressure warning came on again. The pool water level is still low about 1” from bottom of skimmer port.
10/4/19: The bottom of the exterior garage door is starting to rust photo below. An animal has been digging in the landscape beds photo below.
10/4/19: Three pieces of mail were in the mailbox? Photo below. Poured vinegar down the ac condensate drain.
10/4/19: Brought hose began filling pool. Came back 2.5 hours later to check the water level in the pool which is back up to a optimal level just over half the skimmer port. Turned the hose & water main off, rolled up the hose and placed it on the lanai. The water spigot on right side of the house is leaking from the handle when turned on.
10/4/19: A smoke detector in the hallway outside the bathroom on the 3rd floor is chirping. Lower level readings temp 85.6 and humidity 42.5%.
10/4/19: All water & lights are off. The master & guest bathroom toilets are loose at the base, they have been tagged & the valves shut off. Found the thermostat set on 70 & the dehumidistat set on 50%, I put the thermostat back on to the previous setting of 80 & the dehumidistat on the previous setting of 60%. 10/4/19: Checked attic space upstairs. The downstairs half bathroom sink is leaking from the trap when water is running, it has been tagged & the valves shut off. Downstairs half bathroom toilet runs occasionally needs new flapper it has been tagged and valve shut off.
10/4/19: Upstairs bathroom toilet water valve has slight water drip when turned on only, toilet has note attached, reported previously.
10/4/19: The ac system is still working correctly. All living room sliding glass doors were unlocked. Emptied the ice maker.
10/4/19: Toilets in master bathroom & guest bathroom fill very slowly.
10/4/19: Watered both plants on the lanai.
10/4/19: Met with Cory from Grande Aire Services for ac system maintenance photo below.
10/3/19: Paint blistering under the breakfast nook window, It does not appear nor feel wet. We will monitor closely. Has not changed in appearance since last service call. Cranked down hurricane shutters on lanai.
10/3/19: Master bathroom toilet is leaking from the tank to bowl seal when flushed a few seconds after the flush. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
10/3/19: No water pressure in MB bathtub.
