Real Time Inspection Concerns
Below is a streaming list of concerns we have found today, yesterday, this past week, past month in real time. Each time an inspection is posted the list changes. Of course client privacy is our #1 priority so nothing found below will/can identify the home or owner just the primary concerns we found and the date.
Of the 34,658 service calls we have performed 29,507 have had issues that needed to be addressed/reported to the client!!
We have removed those inspections that had no noteable concerns to bring to a client's attention.

10/24/19: The shelves and closet doors have not been replaced yet & the unit does not appear to have been cleaned yet as well. A good news pest solutions card dated 10/17 is on the kitchen counter. In the storage room we found evidence of mildew on and some mold inside the grill on a couple of items outside of the grill and golf club handle etc.10/24/19: Both the living room & guest bedroom ceilings each have one hairline crack several feet long in the drywall finish photos below. Cleaned up dead knats by inside the front door.
10/23/19: Checked the ac system which is still running correctly but the air coming out of the vents is starting to get warmer & the humidity level is gradually rising. Humidity & temperature readings are 63.3% & 85.1.
10/23/19: Turned water to both toilets, brushed flushed and turned off, tire air pressure appears good
10/23/19: Lowered humidistat to 45 as humidity still upper 50’s unit came on and blowing cold
10/23/19: I met Tom from Suncastle Roofing showed him the interior master bath where the leak is he then looked outside found the problem to be where the projected smaller roof comes out and the flashing around that area needs to be checked. They will have to remove the tile from the gutter all the way up to the side wall and the valley to repair. He will be forwarding the estimate to your skrochom@hotmail.com email. 10/23/19: Swept up few bugs living and kitchen
10/23/19: Brushed,flushed,added bleach in each toilet, left humidistat at 50
10/23/19: Shoe covers worn
10/23/19: Brought in 1 piece of mail photo below. Watered plant inside. The garbage disposal is seized. The right side sink in the master bathroom is leaking from the trap when water is running. It has been tagged and the valve shut off.
10/23/19: Just a couple dead bugs living/ guest bath , breaker box painted shut, pictures below
10/23/19: Ran spa during inspection.
10/23/19: No mailbox. The lawn has some browning from lack of rain, but the recent very rainy weekend has greened it up quite a bit.
10/23/19: Due to scheduling logistics we need to move your home into the opposite week so today we stopped by just for a systems check and walk through our next full service will be two weeks.There is no charge for today.
10/23/19: Few dead bugs swept up, pictures below
10/23/19: The pool pump is still leaking slightly from a knob on the top photo below. The backflow preventer on the water main is leaking slightly photo below. The garage has a very strong musty smell which appears to be coming from the boat photos below. A smoke detector over the master bedroom door is chirping.
10/23/19: Due to scheduling logistics we need to move your home into the opposite week so today we stopped by just for a systems check and walk through our next full service will be two weeks.There is no charge for today. The lawn needs to be mowed but not excessive.

10/23/19: The double pane glass windows on the front & back of the unit appear to have a mildew or fungus growing in between the glass panes photos below.
10/23/19: The living room tv was on when I arrived, I made sure it was turned off before I left photo below.
10/23/19: Found the switch to the driveway lights had been accidentally turned off by the Orkin rep, I turned them back on and tagged the switch photo below. Pine needles are building up on the roof & gutters. The lawnmower that was on the back patio has been removed.
10/22/19: Put a piece of waterproof gorilla tape over the hole in the siding on the lower right side of the sliding glass doors photos below.
10/22/19: Removed a truly nolen sign dated 10/17 from the front yard. The pool pump impeller housing is still leaking.
10/22/19: The alarm system is saying warning a smoke detector is not responding. The pool pump is still leaking. Picked up 14 pieces of fruit from the yard. Brought in several pieces of mail which were wet from rain again and left them on the counter. Minimal browning in the lawn on the right side of the house. Bushes on the right side of the house need trimmed & some vines are still growing in the landscape beds & covering the bushes photos below. Removed Truly Nolen sign from yard, it was damaged by rain so much I could not read the date.
10/22/19: The kitchen ceiling fan was on & the ac thermostat set to 85, I moved it back down to the previous setting of 82. Brought in 4 pieces of mail photo below.
